Harnham is working exclusively with a well-known Retailer on an exciting Insight Manager position to drive strategic decision-making and elevate customer experiences.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Insight Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Interpret market research findings to inform decision-making processes and challenge stakeholders when necessary.
- Lead ad-hoc research projects, analyzing first and third-party data to answer critical business questions.
- Anticipate future customer needs by staying updated on emerging consumer trends and integrating them into recommendations.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and manage supplier relationships.
- Prioritize tasks, collaborate with Insight peers, and document findings for knowledge sharing.
- Partner with Marketing teams to design and execute market research interventions within budgetary constraints.
- Oversee brand health tracking programs and develop communication testing initiatives to optimize Marketing ROI.
- Provide insights to support marketing campaign development aligned with consumer preferences based upon both qualitative and quantitative data.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The Insight Manager will have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Statistics; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in market research-focused roles with strong analytical and communication skills, client or agency-side.
- Excellent experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Ability to manage multiple projects and foster positive relationships across teams.
- Experience in the likes of brand tracking, campaign testing and concept testing.

THE COMPANY
This Deep-Tech start-up are going through a funding round and growing their company organically by hiring another Computer Vision Engineer to join their existing Computer vision team. Everyone in the company is an engineering expert so you’ll be working with technical people in the industry, as well as working directly with C-level, but they’re now looking for a 2nd SLAM expert. It’s a great opportunity for progression, joining a growing company at this stage of their journey.
Unfortunately this role cannot offer visa sponsorship.
THE ROLE
As a SLAM Computer Vision Engineer you will:
- Analyse 3D Data and build computer vision models using SLAM and traditional computer vision techniques
- Be responsible for working on projects from ideation through to deployment and deploying models onto a cloud environment
- Liaise with non-technical stakeholders including C-level to ensure projects are being delivered efficiently and accurately
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in a relevant subject – PhD / Master’s level minimum
- Commercial experience using SLAM and Computer Vision techniques
- Experience deploying Computer Vision models onto the cloud is essential
