Senior CRM Executive

Location: Birmingham Area (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)
Salary: Up to £38,000

The Company

A rapidly growing consumer brand is looking to hire a Senior CRM Executive to join its high-performing CRM Automation team. Known for its fast-paced, collaborative culture, the business is focused on delivering best-in-class customer engagement through data-driven, personalised marketing journeys across email and SMS channels.

The Role

As Senior CRM Executive, you’ll be a core member of the automation function within the broader CRM team. You’ll be responsible for building and executing automated lifecycle campaigns that span re-engagement, loyalty, welcome, and abandoned basket journeys. The role requires hands-on technical CRM experience, particularly around HTML builds, behavioural segmentation, and personalisation strategies.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the blend of creative execution and technical campaign delivery within a fast-moving B2C environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and optimise end-to-end automated lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS.

  • Build campaigns using HTML and modular templates – beyond drag-and-drop functionality.

  • Create and manage journeys for welcome, reactivation, loyalty, and basket abandonment.

  • Segment audiences using behavioural and transactional data to drive personalisation.

  • Monitor performance and continuously test and optimise for engagement.

  • Work collaboratively across BAU and loyalty teams to ensure CRM consistency and impact.

Skills & Experience:

Essential:

  • 2+ years of hands-on CRM campaign execution experience.

  • Proficiency in HTML for email campaign builds.

  • Deep understanding of audience segmentation and personalisation techniques.

  • Experience with leading CRM platforms (e.g. Marigold, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

  • Ability to work from Birmingham office 3 days per week.

Are you an experienced performance leader who thrives on data, strategy, and delivering results? We’re recruiting a Senior Performance Analysis Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on performance measurement and improvement across a major UK transport network.

About the Role
As part of a wider performance function, you’ll lead the performance measurement team (4 direct reports plus 1 indirect) to deliver accurate reporting, strategic forecasting, and insights that drive operational improvements.

This is a strategic leadership position that involves building and executing performance plans, managing performance risks, and working closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders across a dynamic, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis and attribution of delays and cancellations

  • Own performance reporting, forecasting, and target-setting

  • Develop and implement long-term performance strategy and risk assurance

  • Manage and mentor a growing team of analysts and performance experts

  • Build and maintain data models for forecasting and risk quantification

  • Deliver bespoke analysis and visualisations (Power BI experience a plus)

  • Use data to influence and support operational decision-making

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong analytical and forecasting experience

  • Proven stakeholder and team management skills

  • Ability to lead data strategy and translate insights into action

  • Experience with performance risk and model development

  • Knowledge of high-volume data analysis

  • Interest in emerging technologies like AI (desirable)

  • Industry background in rail/transport a plus – but not essential

We’re on the hunt for a Website Content Manager to shape and evolveonline presence across multiple websites and customer touchpoints.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all things website content-overseeing everything from copy creation and SEO optimisation, to project managing new page launches and ensuring brand tone of voice is applied consistently. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to drive engaging, high-performing digital experiences.

Please note this role requires office days in Birmingham – £200-300 per day

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead content strategy and execution across multiple brands and platforms

  • Manage the full content lifecycle: from planning and writing to publishing and optimisation

  • Build and maintain content within a CMS (preferably Umbraco)

  • Ensure all copy is aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice and SEO best practices

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, product, and digital teams to plan content that meets both business and user needs

  • Use analytics and data insight to inform content decisions and continually improve user experience

  • Support the wider digital and marketing teams on campaigns and feature rollouts

  • Maintain quality control by proofreading, editing, and ensuring accuracy across all content

  • Own and optimise processes for content requests, using tools like Trello or similar

  • Source, edit, and prepare images for use across digital channels

  • Drive commercial value through content-led decisions

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-2 years experience in a digital content role, ideally managing a website in an ecommerce or B2C setting

  • Confident working with content management systems; Umbraco experience a big plus

  • Strong copywriting skills for various audiences, with SEO in mind

  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them

  • Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
