THE ROLE

The role includes working with greenfield projects building them on the cloud and maintaining them working with technologies such as: Java, Typescript or Python.

This is a Hybrid role, that requires you to be in the office 3 days a week in Birmingham.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Software Engineering Manager will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experienced with back-end technologies with either Java, Typescript or Python
  • Experienced with AWS, GCP or Azure
  • Knowledge of DevOps and Architecture experience

THE ROLE

In the position of Senior CRM Executive, you will report to the CRM Manager and be part of a 7-member team, within a larger CRM team of 15. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and elevating campaigns.
  • Segmenting customers ensuring campaigns are personalised and targeted to the right customers.
  • Extracting insights from the CRM database to guide and shape CRM campaigns, and collaborating on strategy with senior leadership.
  • Working closely with different teams across the organization to meet customer needs.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

To succeed as a Senior CRM Executive, you should have:

  • Experience in B2C environments.
  • Proficiency with any CRM system.
  • Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in customer segmentation and personalising campaigns.
  • AB Testing experience.
  • A solid understanding and passion for marketing and CRM.
  • A driven, challenge-oriented mindset.

You will be working in the Risk Analytics function of the bank across the product offerings in personal finance. THE ROLE

  • Develop and maintain in-depth expertise of decision system engines, including understanding limitations and associated governance.
  • Acquire strong knowledge of risk strategies across various company portfolios.
  • Implement changes within multi-bureau hubs, encompassing tasks such as requirements gathering, change management with credit reference agencies, development, testing, implementation, post-implementation monitoring, communication, and documentation.
  • Implement application and scoring strategies/policies within decision engine systems, including Scorecard Admin.
  • Collaborate within a cross-functional team to ensure all risk and implementation aspects are addressed and delivered, such as in project deliveries.
  • Maintain validation of exception reports for decision engine monitoring, ensuring any changes are communicated, when possible, before implementation to the team responsible for monitoring logic.
  • Ensure that all changes implemented into the system adhere to relevant control and governance programs.
  • Promote knowledge sharing within the Risk Implementation Team to support business continuity.
  • Ensure continuous operation of links to credit bureaus.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong numerate degree from a Russel Group University.
  • Strong Excel, SAS, and SQL skills.
  • Strong understanding of Risk Decision Systems.
  • Experience working with Credit bureau data.
  • Experience with Decision systems such as Probe, Strategy Manager, Triad, Provenir etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
