We are recruiting on behalf of a top-tier, $17B+ enterprise organization undergoing a massive digital transformation. This is a new leadership position designed for a builder. The organization currently operates a mature, legacy QA model-1 QA Manager and 15-20 manual testers supporting 25 development teams-with zero existing SDET capability.

You are being brought in to take a “block of clay” and reshape the entire function. Your goal is to construct a modern, automation-first Quality Engineering function from scratch, introduce SDET capabilities, embed test automation into CI/CD pipelines, and ultimately lead the shift toward

Key Responsibilities
