The Role
Own the technical SEO roadmap across crawlability, indexation, site performance and scalable on-site foundations. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering and Content to identify issues, quantify impact, and ship improvements that lift qualified traffic and revenue. This suits someone hands-on who can translate diagnostics into developer-ready actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive technical audits and maintain a prioritised backlog tied to commercial impact.
- Monitor and optimise crawl budget, sitemaps, robots rules, canonicals and hreflang (incl. international SEO).
- Improve Core Web Vitals and page speed; partner with engineering on rendering, JS hydration and asset optimisation.
- Own technical SEO requirements for site changes and migrations (redirect mapping, log-file checks, parity testing).
- Implement and validate structured data (JSON-LD), fix rich result issues and schema drift.
- Build/maintain dashboards to track organic KPIs; measure tests and quantify revenue impact.
- Work in agile squads; write clear tickets, acceptance criteria and change notes for release cycles.

Skills & Experience
- Essential:
- 3+ years in Technical SEO for large, complex or eCommerce sites.
- Fluent with GA4, Google Search Console and enterprise crawling tools (Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Lumar/Deepcrawl).
- Solid grasp of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and how client-side rendering affects discoverability and CWV.

This is a hands-on data engineering role where you’ll focus on building, optimising, and scaling pipelines into BigQuery (GCP) from a wide range of sources. You’ll work closely with BI developers and analysts to ensure clean, reliable data is available for reporting and decision-making.
- Manage and optimise pipelines from ERP, website, APIs, app stores, social media, and more.
- Work with BigQuery, Google Buckets, Python scripts, and Talend (transitioning to Dataform/Cloud workflows).
- Support migrations between GCP projects and ensure the warehouse is scalable and cost-efficient.

The Role
