The Company

The Role
This role is perfect for a mid-level analyst (2-4+ years’ experience) who thrives on end-to-end ownership – from building dashboards to presenting to 30-40 stakeholders on monthly calls. You’ll be supporting digital performance across campaigns, channels, and products – identifying trends, testing hypotheses, and influencing marketing strategy.
Your Impact:

Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to track digital KPIs

Use Adobe Analytics to build segments, funnels, and run attribution models

Produce weekly/monthly reports and lead on digital marketing insights

Present directly to senior stakeholders, including CMO-level

Advise on personalisation, testing, and digital optimisation strategies

Support data quality checks and implementation questions
Must-Haves:

2-4+ years’ experience in digital/web analytics

Strong Adobe Analytics experience (segments, pathing, attribution)

Skilled in Tableau or equivalent data viz tools

Confident with SQL – for writing queries & supporting deep dives

Excellent communication – comfortable presenting to large senior audiences

DIGITAL ANALYST – LONDON

THE COMPANY
We are working with a boutique digital agency on a key Adobe Analytics hire.
THE ROLE
The successful Digital Analyst responsibilities will include:
- Trend Analysis – building and maintain Tableau dashboards to track metrics changes over time across products, campaigns, and digital channels.
- Provide commentary and context, highlighting performance drivers and opportunities across digital marketing analytics.
- Contribute to personalisation initiatives and digital data integration projects.
- Strategic Input i.e. Spotting opportunities across reporting and insight outputs and suggest new avenues for optimisation or testing.
- Adobe Analytics Expertise – Create and manage segments, funnel views, and path visualisation. Develop and run attribution models, and explain implications clearly to senior marketing stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring delivery is aligned with client priorities.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Digital Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong hands-on expertise with Adobe Analytics (segmentation, funnel, pathing).

- SQL: ability to write and iterate queries to support reporting and analysis.

THE ROLE
This is a key leadership role in the UK analytics function, managing three direct reports across data science, BI and analysis. While you won’t be deep in the code every day, you’ll be deeply embedded in both the business and the data – prioritising workstreams, guiding delivery, and supporting the team as they scale.
You’ll partner closely with marketing, CRM and performance teams, translating business needs into clear data projects and helping shape how marketing impact is measured globally. You’ll also collaborate with the US analytics team and newly appointed Head of Analytics to align strategy across regions; with your focus squarely on the UK.
Projects will centre around email and app marketing, with a big focus on MMM, recommender systems, and customer modelling. MMM will be the priority for the next 12 months.

THE ROLE
This is a newly created role with full ownership of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) strategy across digital platforms. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to analyse user behaviour, identify pain points, and develop data-driven strategies to enhance customer journeys.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting into the data using tools like Fullstory or Hotjar, spotting opportunities, solving problems, and executing meaningful improvements. You won’t be building tests yourself but should be comfortable with experimentation principles and able to troubleshoot where needed.
Over time, the goal is to bring more capability in-house, reducing dependency on agencies and making CRO a central function within the business.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in CRO – any industry background welcome
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, UX principles, and digital performance
- Experience with behavioural analytics tools such as Fullstory, Hotjar, GA4
- Strategic thinker who’s hands-on and passionate about optimisation

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital journey analysis, on-site tracking metrics, and tools like SQL/BigQuery and GA4 (or Adobe Analytics). This role requires hands-on product/on-site analytics experience, familiarity with A/B testing, and the ability to collaborate with the GTM implementation team. They’ve recently migrated to GCP, with the platform fully set up and operational.
