THE ROLE:
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and coordinating (DSARs)
- Supporting investigation, documentation and reporting of low‑level data incidents
- Maintaining privacy governance documentation
- Supporting training and awareness initiatives across the organisation
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
You will bring strong capability in:
- Ability to translate legal requirements into practical, business‑friendly guidance
- Experience managing DSARs, incident response and privacy risk assessments
- Comfortable working in a large, fast‑paced, complex business environment
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

SOFTWARE ENGINEER
£45,000 – £60,000 + BONUS

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high‑growth data and machine learning company that predicts KPIs for major brands and provides market‑moving insights to investors. You’ll take ownership of critical engineering systems that power daily KPI forecasts.
THE COMPANY:
You’ll join the AI & DataOps team, a cross‑functional engineering group working across software engineering, data engineering, and applied machine learning. With strong commercial growth and continued expansion, they are now hiring a Software Engineer to take ownership of their AWS infrastructure.
THE ROLE:
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and maintaining AWS infrastructure (Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, S3).
- Building and enhancing internal Python libraries (API design, releases, versioning).
- Managing trackers, Lambdas, Step Functions, DynamoDB tables, and API integrations (including Slack‑based pipelines).
- Operating across the full engineering lifecycle, from design through to production deployment.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
You will bring strong capability in:
- Python
- AWS services including Lambda, Step Functions, S3, DynamoDB, EC2/ECS.
- Infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
- CI/CD, testing, and software engineering best practices.
THE BENEFITS:
You will receive a salary of £45,000 – £60,000 depending on experience, plus a performance‑based bonus and strong opportunities for technical ownership and growth.

HEAD OF ENGINEERING
Up to £130,000 + BENEFITS
Remote UK based
This is a rare opportunity to lead engineering at scale while working on genuinely complex technical challenges. You’ll own the engineering roadmap across all products, driving architectural decisions for distributed data processing, ML pipelines, and modern web systems that handle massive datasets for enterprise clients.
THE COMPANY:
This is a business built on innovation, stability, and genuine technical excellence. Recently recognized for cutting-edge GenAI data work, they’re operating at the absolute intersection of large-scale distributed systems, ML, and the rapid evolution of search technology.
THE ROLE:
- Own and execute the engineering roadmap
- Drive architectural decisions for distributed data processing, ML pipelines, and web architecture
- Ensure systems can scale to handle massive datasets and evolving ML workloads
- Champion best practices around testing, observability, incident response, and documentation
- Set standards for AI-assisted development practices at scale
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams across Backend, Web, Data Engineering, Data Science, QA, and DevOps
- Understanding how ML models are delivered, deployed, and maintained in production
- Familiarity with the ML lifecycle: feature stores, model deployment platforms, pipeline orchestration
- Experience working at the forefront of GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity)
THE BENEFITS:
You will receive a salary, dependent on experience. Salary is up to £130,000 On top of the salary there are some fantastic extra benefits.
