THE ROLE
- You will be responsible for computer vision and multimodal model research, building and development for the company’s agentic AI product across imaging centers and hospitals
- You will report directly to senior leadership and work closely on technical direction
- Own applied AI research and quickly build into production, particularly focusing on novel AI, computer vision and LLM applications
- You will directly work with production team on implement and design code and build out to production using various machine learning, imaging and LLM techniques, owning machine learning modeling
- You will play an integral role of building out the AI team and scaling out its product
- Act as a thought leader role for AI across the business, mentoring junior team members
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Senior Computer Vision Scientist will likely have the following skills and experience:

They are a specialist strategy and data consulting firm with a strong track record supporting enterprise clients on high‑impact transformation programmes. Alongside a well‑established global presence, they are now expanding into the US and are making their first senior hire to lead and grow this market. The Role
As Partner and Head of the US Entity, you will be responsible for establishing the firm’s presence and driving commercial growth across the region. You will:
* Generate new revenue and open doors with C‑level stakeholders
* Sell Data and AI transformation programmes to enterprise clients
* Build long‑term client relationships and secure flagship accounts
* Lead the commercial development of the US business
* Shape the go‑to‑market strategy and activate existing network opportunities
* Lay the groundwork for future team growth as the practice scales
Your Skills and Experience
You will be a strong match for this role if you have:
* Proven commercial capability in consulting, ideally selling Data or AI transformation work
* Experience building business from scratch and initiating new market growth
* Ability to engage credibly with C‑level decision‑makers
* A strong network in the US market
* Clear, confident communication skills
* A US base and native‑level English
What They Offer
* Competitive base salary around 200,000 to 300,000 with potential for higher
* Total compensation typically between 400,000 and 600,000
* Performance‑linked bonus
