This is a chance to join a leading telecomms company to create impactful models and work with cutting-edge technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Apply data science and machine learning methods for recommender systems, propensity modelling and NLP – to improve the customer experience
- Part of a team of 3 reporting into the Head of Data Science – within a wider 20 strong Data function
- Focusing on maximising commercial value
- Conduct analyses to endorse or discover fresh projects, products, and business prospects, including presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Working on a variety of data responsibilities including Cross Validation, Data Leakage and Feature Engineering
REQUIREMENTS:
- MSc or PhD level education in STEM subjects.
- Proven expertise in implementing Machine Learning for customer-driven work
- Proven commercial value on your CV (evidence of %’s saved or £’s increased!)
- Commercial exposure to Python, SQL
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with teams and colleagues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborating closely with Data Scientists to enhance the efficiency of deploying Machine Learning models into production.
- Devising and executing resilient, scalable MLOps pipelines to mechanize model training, testing, and deployment workflows.
- Leveraging Python and other pertinent tools to construct and fine-tune the infrastructure, facilitating streamlined model operations.
- Vigilantly overseeing and addressing issues in production ML systems, upholding their reliability and performance.
- Assessing and integrating emerging technologies to bolster the effectiveness of MLOps procedures.
- Engaging in dialogue with cross-functional teams to grasp their demands and furnish tailored solutions for their ML operational requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Hold a degree (BSc/MSc/PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrate a track record of successfully creating and managing MLOps pipelines in a corporate setting.
- Possess a high level of expertise in Python and hands-on experience with pertinent frameworks and libraries including TensorFlow, Keras, and scikit-learn.
- Exhibit proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and proficiency with orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Show proficiency in KubeFlow and/or MLFlow.
- Display familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with a history of deploying ML models on these platforms.
- Showcase exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to enhancing MLOps workflows.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to individuals who may not have a technical background.

Job Description:
currently seeking a skilled CRM Campaign Manager for a client. This is a contract position outside IR35, offering a daily rate of £250-£300.
Role: CRM Campaign Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns, including planning, segmentation, scheduling, and deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted and personalized email and SMS campaigns
- Analyze customer data to identify insights and trends for optimizing campaign performance
- Implement A/B testing strategies to improve campaign engagement and conversion rates
- Monitor campaign metrics and provide regular reporting on performance and actionable recommendations
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and email best practices
- Manage the customer journey and touchpoints to maximize customer retention and loyalty
- Continuously explore new ideas and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CRM Campaign Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices
- Proficiency in segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Dotdigital, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data

COMPANY:
This sports team is looking for a new Data Scientist to sit at the core of their Customer Data Function. You will be looking at data from across their retail, E-commerce, match day sales etc. and building Machine Learning models to derive actionable insights.
You will also be working with Stakeholders from around the company to improve the use of Data across the company.
ROLE:
-Working with Customer Data
-Building Machine Learning models (Forecasting, Customer lifetime value, Recommenders etc).
-Liaising with stakeholders around the company
-Working towards the position where you are managing the team
REQUIREMENTS:
-Experience working with customer data
-Experience building and deploying Machine Learning Models
-The willingness to act as a relatively stand-alone Data Scientist
-A keen interest in sports!
