THE COMPANY
A global brand, offering home security, is seeking a Head of CRM to come into the business and drive strategy for the customers. This is a huge opportunity to join in and lead strategy in CRM. If you want to be the Voice of the Customer, this role is for you!
THE ROLE
As a Head of CRM, you’ll be managing 2 executives, working closely with the acquisition team to run the retention side of things and overseeing how to improve loyalty within the company. Your role will involve developing and analysing campaign performance to drive growth of the company.

- Line management experience
- Experience of CRM tool (Braze is preferable)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of CRM to join a dynamic and growing company on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The Role
As Head of CRM, you will play a key role as part of the senior management team, overseeing the strategic direction of customer relationship management. Leading a small team of two direct reports, you will focus on driving customer acquisition strategies and managing all traditional retention and reactivation campaigns. A key part of your role will involve enhancing the subscription side of the business while ensuring a seamless journey for new and existing customers.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about CRM strategy who thrives in a fast-paced, direct-to-consumer (D2C) environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive customer acquisitions, retention, and reactivation.
- Oversee subscription management and work to grow the subscription base through data-driven insights and campaigns.
- Lead and mentor a small team, ensuring delivery of CRM objectives and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to align CRM activities with overall company goals.
- Analyze and optimize customer journeys, using CRM tools to create personalized and effective touchpoints.
Your Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in creating and executing CRM strategies at a senior level.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and platforms, with a strong understanding of their functionalities.
- A solid track record in D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) environments – this is essential.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and levels.

The Company
As a growing B-Corp that is looking to disrupt the telecommunications industry, this company are making strides with their growth plans, and they are looking to scale what they can do from a Data Science perspective. The team have got investment to unlock data for digital marketing and therefore will be supporting the Head of Digital Media.
The Role
As a Product Data Scientist, you will be:
- Designing and implementing segmentation models and propensity models to create actionable customer groups for targeted marketing strategies.
- Build and optimise value-based bidding (VBB) models and first-party enrichments to maximise ROAS and relevant business growth metrics.
- Develop and refine attribution models (e.g., multi-touch. data-driven attribution) to measure and improve the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyse and interpret marking data from various sources.
Skills & Experience
- Strong foundations in Data Science skills, with impact in the digital marketing domain.
- Proficiency in statistical modelling and machine learning techniques for attribution, segmentation, and predictive modelling.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for creating modelling datasets.
- Experience with experimentation methodologies, including campaign A/B testing, with a deep understanding of hypothesis testing and causal inference to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience of applying marketing mix modelling to inform future digital marketing strategies.
