The Role: As a Client Enablement Lead, you will be the primary interface for our clients, managing multifaceted digital analytics and CRO programs. You’ll work closely with development teams to ensure quality assurance and proactively engage with clients to enhance their data collection and usage.
Data Activation & CRO: In the Data Activation space, you will execute CRO and personalization strategies. This involves interrogating data, performing UX research, and using AI evaluation tools to generate and scope test ideas. You will oversee the development and launch of tests, build results dashboards, and turn data into compelling narratives for change. A key part of the role is thinking outside your comfort zone, such as identifying when a data audit is needed to improve testing quality.
Strategy & Mentorship: Beyond delivery, you will support the COO and clients on digital experience strategy and tool selection. You will provide high-level training to clients and act as a subject matter expert across our service strands. You will ensure all client requirements are validated and documented, drawing on your experience to help define the future of their digital roadmap.
Requirements: The successful candidate will have several years of experience working directly with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, including admin and reporting functions. The Role
This is a hands-on CRM execution role focused on building, scheduling, and optimising lifecycle campaigns using Braze. You will work with the Head of CRM and Lifecycle Team Lead to deliver automated journeys, transactional messaging, and promotional campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels. You will build campaign journeys from scratch, create email and SMS templates, write copy, and ensure campaigns are set up correctly with segmentation, personalisation, and dynamic content.
Key Responsibilities
Build and schedule lifecycle, transactional, and promotional campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging using Braze. Support automated journeys including onboarding, renewal reminders, and win-back campaigns. Create email and SMS templates. Write campaign copy aligned with brand tone. What You Will Work On
