Remote – Senior Insight Analyst
We’re looking for a Senior Insight Analyst to join a fast-moving tech company. You’ll lead insight projects from start to finish-digging into data, running experiments, and delivering recommendations that directly influence marketing, product, and commercial decisions.
You’ll work cross-functionally, using tools like SQL, Python, and data viz platforms (e.g., Tableau) to uncover actionable insights.

THE ROLE
- Developing end-to-end scorecards and wider predictive models
- Model enhancement and integration of ML techniques to bolster the model suite
- Broader portfolio analysis and driving insight into customer trends and behaviours
- Close work with internal and external stakeholders to drive business performance
- Co-ordination with wider teams to deploy models and working closely with senior stakeholders to implement change

The Role
This role is perfect for someone passionate about the deployment side of CRM campaigns. You’ll join a centralised CRM team, taking ownership of campaign deployment, ensuring campaigns are executed accurately, at pace, and in alignment with data regulations and segmentation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and maintain CRM campaigns using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Liquid.
– Ensure campaigns are deployed accurately and meet regional or business segmentation requirements.
– Work closely with wider CRM, marketing, and analytics teams.
– Troubleshoot and ensure correct data flows across systems.
– Collaborate with agency partners where necessary.
