An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of PPC to lead and shape the paid media strategy for high-profile clients with substantial budgets.
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for planning, managing, and optimising PPC campaigns, alongside paid social and display activity, to deliver outstanding results. You’ll act as the go-to expert, guiding both clients and internal teams, while ensuring the department stays at the forefront of innovation in a fast-changing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver a forward-thinking PPC roadmap
Manage complex, high-budget campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and other platforms
Mentor and train junior and mid-level team members

Skills & Experience:
Extensive PPC experience, ideally in an agency environment

THE COMPANY:
I’m working with a fast-scaling, tech-driven organisation that’s investing heavily in its data capabilities. As part of a wider data transformation, they’re building out a dedicated Analytics Engineering team focused on creating scalable, trusted data infrastructure. With strong support from BI, Data Science, and Engineering teams, this function is central to how the business defines and uses data going forward.
THE ROLE:
You’ll help lay the foundations of the analytics engineering practice-owning your area of the data model, improving data quality, and shaping how data is delivered across the business. Reporting to a highly experienced team lead, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Commercial.
- Design and build reusable, high-performance data models using dbt
- Translate business logic into well-documented sources of truth
- Contribute to data quality checks, testing, and CI/CD best practices
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions
- Help shape architectural decisions and improve data model governance
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
A successful Analytics Engineer will bring:

THE ROLE
As the Lead Product Manager you will head up a pillar team of four Product Managers/Business Partners and act as the strategic link between senior product leaders and the wider insight function. You’ll be a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, bringing clarity to business questions, challenging assumptions, and ensuring insight is embedded into key decisions
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the Streaming & Social insight pillar, partnering with senior product and streaming leaders to influence digital growth

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

THE ROLE:
It’s a strategic, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with DevOps, Product, and business partners to unlock the value of data through modern, secure and governed pipelines.
- Lead hands-on development work using Azure, Databricks, and Terraform (IaC)
- Support the migration from legacy platforms to a more modern cloud stack
- Act as a mentor and technical guide to the wider engineering team
- Implement data governance requirements
- Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns to business needs
- Stay close to the ML lifecycle
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
A successful Principal Data Engineer will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure

The central Audience Insight function brings together analytics, research, and data science to shape decisions across the company’s digital ecosystem.
The Role
This is a strategic analytics role with a focus on digital distribution, subscription performance, and customer experience. You’ll lead data-driven decision making, manage a small team, and deliver insights that directly impact product roadmaps and commercial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with distribution stakeholders (e.g., major TV manufacturers and broadcasters) to evaluate how app integrations perform and drive ROI.

Build forecasting and performance models to assess churn, retention, and new initiatives.

Support a major app transformation project (launching in 12-18 months) – shaping metrics and success measurement.

Provide clear, narrative-driven insights to senior stakeholders – not just dashboards.
