THE ROLE:
You’ll work across infrastructure build, automation, and deployment, while collaborating closely with data and platform teams to support scalable, cloud-native solutions. You’ll also get exposure to cloud-based AI tools as they’re integrated into the environment.
- Support infrastructure build and deployment pipelines
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform (IaC)

THE ROLE:
It’s a strategic, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with DevOps, Product, and business partners to unlock the value of data through modern, secure and governed pipelines.
- Lead hands-on development work using Azure, Databricks, and Terraform (IaC)
- Support the migration from legacy platforms to a more modern cloud stack
- Act as a mentor and technical guide to the wider engineering team
- Implement data governance requirements
- Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns to business needs
- Stay close to the ML lifecycle
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
A successful Principal Data Engineer will have the following skills and experience:

About the Role:
In this role, you will play a key part in developing ETL pipelines, optimizing data integration processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the business. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements, contribute to architectural decisions, and support the migration of reporting services to Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Synapse, and Databricks.
- Design and build a greenfield Azure data platform to support business-critical data needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather and define data requirements.
- Assist in the migration of reporting services from on-premises to Azure.
- Evaluate and validate design decisions to ensure optimal data architecture.
- Work closely with marketing and insights teams to provide actionable data outputs.
- Opportunity to transition into a leadership role, supporting the development of junior team members.
Key Skills & Experience:

With strong support from BI, Data Science, and Engineering teams, this function is central to how the business defines and uses data going forward.
THE ROLE:
You’ll help lay the foundations of the analytics engineering practice-owning your area of the data model, improving data quality, and shaping how data is delivered across the business. Reporting to a highly experienced team lead, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Commercial.
- Design and build reusable, high-performance data models using dbt
- Translate business logic into well-documented sources of truth
- Contribute to data quality checks, testing, and CI/CD best practices

THE ROLE
As the Lead Product Manager you will head up a pillar team of four Product Managers/Business Partners and act as the strategic link between senior product leaders and the wider insight function. You’ll be a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, bringing clarity to business questions, challenging assumptions, and ensuring insight is embedded into key decisions
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the Streaming & Social insight pillar, partnering with senior product and streaming leaders to influence digital growth
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders, shaping briefs, and directing the right mix of research, analytics, and external expertise
- Overseeing major strategic projects; from audience growth opportunities to premium product enhancements and trading funnel optimisation

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
I’m looking for a confident and commercially minded leader who can bring:

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the gravitas to challenge and influence at C-suite level
- A track record of delivering strategic insights that link audience behaviour to growth and revenue performance
