The Role
As a Forecasting Analyst, you will be responsible for sales and margin forecasting across retail and digital channels, partnering with stakeholders across trading, category management, finance, supply chain and business intelligence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building sales forecasts at store, channel and business level to support commercial planning.
- Creating detailed e-commerce forecasts across daily, weekly, monthly and annual time horizons.
- Translating sales forecasts into operational demand requirements to support supply chain planning.
- Leading monthly forecasting reviews with senior stakeholders, communicating risks, opportunities and performance expectations.
- Delivering ad hoc commercial analysis to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decisions.
- Managing margin forecasting and providing insight into promotions, loyalty activity and trading performance.
- Partnering with BI and commercial teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimise trading outcomes.
- Supporting budgeting, reforecasting and financial planning processes in collaboration with finance teams.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in forecasting, merchandising, commercial analytics or a related discipline.
- Experience working within an omnichannel retail, consumer or e-commerce environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of key business performance metrics.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and present insights to senior audiences.
- Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, finance and operational teams.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with strong problem-solving skills.

The Role
You will:
- Lead and develop a team of Marketing Analysts, providing strategic direction and coaching
- Define the vision and roadmap for Marketing Analytics across acquisition, growth, and CRM
- Build scalable measurement frameworks to support marketing investment decisions
- Partner with senior stakeholders to solve complex marketing and growth challenges
- Establish robust attribution approaches across multiple marketing channels
- Assess and improve the current analytics infrastructure, ensuring it supports future growth
- Drive insight into customer acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value
- Support marketing effectiveness analysis across channels including paid media
- Translate business questions into actionable analytical solutions
- Remain hands-on with SQL and analytical problem solving where required
Your Skills & Experience
You will have:
- You must come from a consumer-tech, app business background
- Strong experience in Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Customer Analytics
- Proven experience leading and developing analytics teams
- Advanced SQL skills and the ability to work closely with data architecture and engineering teams
- Experience with GA4 and digital marketing measurement
- Mobile app analytics experience, including attribution, acquisition measurement, and customer lifecycle analysis
- Strong understanding of marketing performance across channels such as Google Ads and Meta
- Experience working with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude or similar
- Knowledge of attribution methodologies and marketing measurement best practices
- The ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
- Experience improving analytics maturity within growing organisations rather than simply maintaining established processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior leaders
