Location: Long Island, NY (4 days onsite)
Salary: $63,000 - $147,000 (DOE + OTE)


Overview

We're partnering with a high-growth marketing agency undergoing rapid expansion due to exceptional client demand. With significant hiring plans underway, the business is focused on building a best-in-class paid media function that emphasizes structure, ownership, and measurable performance improvement.

This role blends hands-on campaign execution with client management and strategic input, making it ideal for a commercially-minded paid media specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across:
    • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube)
    • Paid Social (Meta as a core channel)
    • Display and Programmatic (strategic oversight)
  • Drive revenue performance, focusing on:
    • ROAS
    • CPA
    • Conversion growth
  • Build and implement cross-channel strategies to ensure cohesive performance across platforms
  • Analyse campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted performance partner
  • Contribute to strategic direction while remaining hands-on in platforms
  • Support a growing team environment, with opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities over time

Key Requirements

Must-have experience:

  • 2+ years in paid media, with strength in:
    • Paid Social (preferred), and/or
    • Paid Search
  • Recent hands-on experience in:
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads Manager
  • Proven success in performance marketing, particularly within:
    • Ecommerce / D2C environments
    • Revenue optimisation (ROAS-driven campaigns)
  • Experience managing monthly budgets of $100K+
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategy (not just execution)
  • Confident in client-facing responsibilities and stakeholder management
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimise accordingly

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to or interest in leveraging AI tools within media buying workflows

Experience & Profile

  • Ideal profile: 3-5 years' experience in a Paid Media / Performance Marketing role
  • Background could include:
    • Paid Media Manager
    • Account Manager (Performance-focused)
    • Senior Executive in a smaller agency or in-house team
  • Demonstrated ownership of revenue outcomes, not just campaign delivery
