This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact product area at the intersection of identity, authentication, and digital onboarding. You will shape and deliver seamless user journeys across authentication flows and free-tier onboarding, influencing both customer experience and commercial outcomes within a large-scale digital platform.

They are a well-established digital media and entertainment organisation operating at scale, delivering streaming and content services to a broad customer base. The business is investing heavily in product and technology, with a focus on improving user acquisition, onboarding, and authentication experiences. You will be part of a small, focused product team working on critical user flows that directly impact growth and engagement. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and outcome-driven.

The Role and Deliverables

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for identity, authentication, and free-tier onboarding experiences
  • Write clear, detailed product requirements including acceptance criteria, edge cases, and technical considerations
  • Translate complex authentication flows such as SSO, OAuth and entitlement logic into build-ready specifications
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive delivery from discovery through to launch
  • Define KPI frameworks for authentication and onboarding, and use performance data to optimise conversion and activation
  • Monitor the competitive landscape across streaming and digital identity, bringing insight into product decisions and roadmap prioritisation

Your Skills & Experience

  • 5-7 Years experience owning products across the full lifecycle, from requirements definition through to launch and iteration
  • Demonstrated ability to write detailed, high-quality product documentation that guides engineering and design teams
  • Solid understanding of authentication and identity concepts such as SSO, OAuth, passkeys, or subscription entitlement flows
  • Proven capability in defining KPIs, building dashboards, and using data to inform product decisions
  • Experience working within OTT, streaming, or digital platforms, with knowledge of device ecosystems
  • Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
