  • Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing analytics engineering team.
  • Establish standards around data governance, quality, observability, security, and operational excellence.
  • Drive adoption of modern development practices including CI/CD, version control, testing, and infrastructure automation.

What We're Looking For

Leadership Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or related fields.

  • Proven success delivering enterprise-scale analytics products and data platforms.
  • Experience hiring, mentoring, and growing technical teams.

Technical Expertise

  • Deep experience with Snowflake and modern cloud data platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and/or GCP data services.
  • Expertise with dbt, data modeling, semantic layers, and analytics engineering practices.
  • Advanced SQL skills and strong proficiency with Python.
  • Experience with modern BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Fivetran, Informatica, or equivalent technologies.
  • Understanding of CI/CD, Git-based development workflows, and DevOps concepts.

Additional Preferred Experience

  • Experience building customer-facing or embedded analytics solutions.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Exposure to technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar infrastructure tools.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-enabled analytics products and data-driven decision platforms.

Why This Role?
