This is a high impact Senior Data Analyst role where you will shape how a growing business uses data to drive commercial performance. You will sit close to revenue generating teams, owning dashboards, insights and reporting that influence decision making across digital products, events and subscriptions.

The Role
You will take ownership of reporting and analytics across multiple business lines, working closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales, product and events.
- Design, build and maintain dashboards for business and executive reporting
- Develop KPI reporting across websites, subscriptions, events, CRM and digital products
- Analyse audience behaviour, campaign performance, email engagement and product usage
- Deliver post campaign and post event analysis alongside ongoing performance reporting
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and success metrics
- Support data quality, troubleshoot reporting issues and improve data reliability
- Work alongside data engineering and external partners to enhance reporting infrastructure
- Continuously improve dashboards, processes and data standards while ensuring GDPR compliance
- Strong SQL skills with experience working in Google BigQuery or similar data warehouses
- Experience using GA4 and Google Tag Manager for digital analytics
- Proven ability to build dashboards in tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau
- Advanced Excel and strong proficiency across Microsoft 365 tools
- Experience working with CRM platforms and marketing data
- Strong commercial experience delivering insights that influence business decisions
- Ability to communicate data clearly to a range of stakeholders

About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to manage and grow long-term relationships with key public sector and healthcare customers. What You’ll Do

The Role

- Experience analysing user behaviour, engagement, retention, or customer journeys
- Exposure to experimentation, A/B testing, or product measurement
- Experience working within cloud data environments such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, Azure, or similar
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A naturally curious and problem-solving mindset
- Experience with GA4, digital analytics platforms, or product analytics tools would be advantageous
- Python or other analytical programming experience would be beneficial
