The Role
Reporting directly into the Head of Marketing, you’ll sit within a small team of three and take ownership of the end-to-end digital customer journey across the group’s brands. This is a highly hands-on role, but with a strong strategic element. You’ll be responsible for shaping the optimisation vision, building the roadmap and identifying where experimentation and customer insight can have the greatest commercial impact. You’ll work closely with Development, UX, Pricing and Customer Operations teams to deliver experimentation, personalisation and wider CX initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include:

The Role
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will work closely with Product, Technology, and Business stakeholders to understand user behaviour and identify opportunities to improve engagement across digital products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing large-scale customer, audience, and behavioural datasets using SQL
- Investigating user journeys, engagement patterns, and customer cohorts
- Developing insights into how users interact with digital products and content
- Supporting product measurement, event tracking, and analytics frameworks
- Designing and analysing A/B tests and experimentation programmes
- Evaluating the impact of new features and product enhancements
- Identifying opportunities to improve retention, engagement, and user experience
- Working with web analytics and customer data to uncover actionable insights
- Supporting audience segmentation and customer identity analysis
- Translating complex analysis into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Partnering with Product and Engineering teams to ensure robust tracking and measurement
- Exploring opportunities to leverage AI tools to improve analytical workflows
Your Skills & Experience
You will likely bring:
- Advanced SQL skills with experience querying and manipulating large datasets
- Strong experience working with millions of rows of customer, user, or event-level data
- A background in digital analytics, customer analytics, audience analytics, CRM analytics, web analytics, or subscription analytics
- Experience analysing user behaviour, engagement, retention, or customer journeys
- Exposure to experimentation, A/B testing, or product measurement
- Experience working within cloud data environments such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, Azure, or similar
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A naturally curious and problem-solving mindset
- Experience with GA4, digital analytics platforms, or product analytics tools would be advantageous
- Python or other analytical programming experience would be beneficial

The Role
As a CRM Executive, you will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of email marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Briefing, building, deploying, and reporting on email campaigns
- Supporting the development of the CRM and email marketing plan
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with trading and marketing activity
- Delivering test-and-learn initiatives to improve engagement and revenue
- Building target audiences and identifying segmentation opportunities
- Ensuring email best practice across templates, devices, and customer journeys
- Evaluating campaign performance and using insight to optimise future activity
- Producing weekly and monthly CRM reports
- Supporting CRM development projects and automation initiatives
- Monitoring competitor activity and identifying new opportunities to enhance performance
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience delivering email marketing campaigns within a retail or consumer-focused environment
- Experience building emails and customer journeys within an ESP
- Knowledge of CRM best practices, segmentation, and customer lifecycle marketing
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms
- Commercially minded with an understanding of both brand and performance marketing
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with Ometria would be advantageous
