The Role
* Design and build Power BI dashboards with a strong focus on visual design and user experience
* Develop well‑structured data models using star schema principles
* Write efficient DAX measures and calculated columns
* Build and maintain Power Query transformations for data preparation
* Define and maintain design systems, templates, and reusable components
* Lead scoping conversations and guide stakeholders toward practical, impactful solutions
* Produce wireframes or mock‑ups to align design direction before development
* Review existing dashboards to improve performance and maintainability

Your Skills and Experience
* Strong, demonstrable Power BI expertise, including data modelling and DAX
