The Role
As Director of Quantitative Operations, you will report directly into the Managing Director and take overall responsibility for the Quantitative Operations function. You will lead a team of approximately 12 Quantitative Operations and Project Management professionals, with responsibility for team performance, utilisation, development and succession planning.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing the Quantitative Operations team.
- Overseeing delivery across a £12m-£15m annual project portfolio.
- Owning resource allocation, project planning and operational delivery.
- Driving improvements across processes, best practice and quality standards.
- Managing team performance, utilisation and development.
- Building a strong training, mentoring and succession plan.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and acting as a senior escalation point.
- Working closely with Client Services, Sales, Finance and wider operational teams.
- Ensuring the function operates efficiently, commercially and profitably.
- Supporting senior leadership with departmental growth and future planning.
This is a role that requires someone who can operate strategically while remaining close enough to the operation to drive delivery.

- A strong background in Quantitative Research Operations.

The Role
As Head of Marketing Analytics, you will take ownership of the marketing analytics and intelligence capability, using data to drive outbound campaigns, customer targeting and commercial performance. Reporting directly into the Marketing Director, you will lead a team of four across campaign effectiveness, campaign analytics, data analytics and supply chain analytics. The business currently has a significant outbound operation, generating around 5,000 leads per week in the UK, and is looking to significantly enhance the data and analytics capability supporting these campaigns. You will be responsible for turning a complex and growing customer database into actionable insight: identifying the right customers and prospects to target, understanding their behaviour and value, and using this intelligence to drive acquisition, cross-sell, retention and reactivation activity. This is a hands-on leadership role initially, with the opportunity to develop into a broader senior leadership position as the data and marketing analytics function continues to grow.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and own the marketing intelligence and analytics strategy.
- Lead customer segmentation and value-based targeting across multiple revenue streams.

- Analyse user journeys and digital behaviour to identify barriers and opportunities for conversion.
- Use analytics, heatmaps, customer research and user interviews to develop compelling testing hypotheses.
- Oversee the design, implementation and analysis of experiments.
- Monitor live tests and conduct post-test analysis to identify actionable insights.
- Present findings, recommendations and optimisation strategies directly to clients.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and take ownership of client programmes.
- Work closely with analysts, UX specialists and developers to deliver experimentation programmes.
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities across different clients.
- Mentor and support junior members of the team, with the potential to take on direct management responsibility.
- Stay up to date with developments across CRO, experimentation, UX and digital optimisation.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in CRO.
- Experience working with multiple brands, clients or stakeholders.
- Experience with experimentation platforms such as VWO, AB Tasty, Optimizely, Adobe Target or Convert.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and working independently.
The agency is flexible on tooling: strong CRO fundamentals and the ability to learn new platforms are more important than experience with a specific technology.

- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and how data is used to support investigations, oversight, or program integrity.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.

- No coding or software development experience required.
