About the Role
We are partnering with a leading real estate marketplace business to appoint an Interim Senior Manager, Strategic Pricing to provide immediate leadership coverage during a critical transition period.

- Partner closely with growth and marketing teams to support performance analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Analyse marketing spend across digital channels to assess effectiveness and return on investment.
- Track and evaluate customer acquisition sources to understand channel contribution and efficiency.
- Develop and improve attribution approaches, including multi-touch attribution, while accounting for privacy and tracking limitations.
- Optimise marketing and application funnels by identifying drop-offs and conversion opportunities.
- Analyse end-to-end customer journeys across multiple financial products and recommend alternative pathways where appropriate.
- Build models to answer complex commercial questions, such as the incremental impact of new channels or campaigns.
- Apply statistical and experimental techniques to support testing, measurement, and business decisions.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial marketing analytics experience within a consumer-facing digital environment.
- Advanced capability in SQL and Python, with Python used for modelling and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with attribution modelling and evaluating marketing effectiveness.
- Experience analysing complex customer journeys and funnel performance.
- Comfortable working with experimentation, uplift measurement, and statistical techniques.
- Confident communicator, able to translate analysis into clear, actionable insight for senior stakeholders.

The Role
As Lead Marketing Analyst, you will:
* Drive analytics across supply, operations, and demand, supporting decisions around stock availability, supplier behaviour, fulfilment routes, and customer impact.
* Run A/B testing and experimentation to identify opportunities for operational and commercial optimisation.
* Deliver insights on cost efficiency, including postage, shipping, and fulfilment performance.
* Analyse the effectiveness of marketing and trading activity, feeding recommendations into senior stakeholders.
* Build dashboards, models, and reporting in SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Tableau.
* Mentor at least one analyst and guide them through analytical project delivery.
* Play a key role in the broader change and transformation function, contributing to strategies that improve scalability, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
* Work closely with senior leaders to translate complex analysis into clear, commercially relevant insight.
Your Skills and Experience
You will bring:
* Strong commercial experience in supply chain, operations, inventory, or marketing analytics within a fast‑paced environment.
* Hands‑on technical capability across SQL, Python, and modern BI or visualisation tools.
* Confidence designing and analysing A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
* Experience mentoring or guiding analysts on project delivery.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for senior, non‑technical audiences.
