With 23 care homes currently operating across the UK and ambitious plans for further expansion, the business is focused on using data to improve operational performance, support better decision-making and ultimately enhance resident care. You'll join a small, developing analytics team where you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects, work across multiple data sources and help build the foundations for more advanced analytics and predictive modelling.

- Reporting & BI: Building analytical outputs and Power BI dashboards that provide stakeholders with clear visibility of business performance.
- Forecasting & Predictive Analytics: Contributing to models that forecast occupancy, operational performance and resource requirements, helping the business make more informed decisions.
- Advanced Analytics: Supporting emerging initiatives around resident risk modelling, wellbeing indicators and the use of AI to extract structured information from documents.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys getting into the detail of complex datasets, solving data problems and translating analysis into practical business outcomes.
