The Role

THE ROLE
As a Staff Data Scientist, you’ll act as the technical anchor for experimentation and causal inference, owning both the strategy and execution of how the company tests, learns, and makes product decisions.
- Rebuild and scale the company’s experimentation framework (A/B, Bayesian, causal methods)
- Own the experimentation roadmap and influence product and engineering leaders
- Design and evaluate experiments across web and in-app experiences
- Apply causal inference methods when randomized testing isn’t feasible
