Overview

London. Hybrid working, three days per week in the office. Salary up to 60000.

This is an opportunity to shape and scale a Business Intelligence capability within a fast growing, data led media environment. You will play a key role in elevating dashboarding, reporting, and client insight across a diverse portfolio, with clear ownership and influence from day one.

The business is investing in its UK data capability, building a high impact team to support continued growth. This role sits at the centre of that build out.

The Role

  • Take ownership of existing BI products, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
  • Assess current capabilities and identify opportunities to enhance data visualisation and insight delivery
  • Build and deliver high quality dashboards for client projects across marketing performance metrics
  • Support onboarding of new client engagements and tailor reporting solutions accordingly
  • Develop and improve templating approaches, introducing more advanced forecasting and performance views
  • Work with a range of data sources including marketing metrics and wider business data
  • Deliver creative performance dashboards to support campaign analysis
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Mentor and manage junior team members while contributing to team growth

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, and dashboard development
  • Proven expertise with tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large scale data environments such as BigQuery
  • Experience delivering marketing or digital performance dashboards
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Interest in AI and emerging technologies, with evidence of personal exploration or projects
  • Experience managing or mentoring others, with a collaborative approach
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to balance multiple projects
