LE POSTE
Rattaché au Head of Data, vous rejoindrez l’équipe data composée de deux personnes. Vous serez en charge de l’extraction, la collecte et l’interprétation des données à fort enjeux business. Vos missions au quotidien :
- Collecter, centraliser et organiser les données s’assurant de leur qualité et leur disponibilité
- Détecter et corriger les données erronées, doublons ou incohérences, tout en garantissant un entrepôt de données bien structuré
- Améliorer occasionnellement des pipelines de données, concevoir des algorithmes d’analyse et des modèles prédictifs fiables, créer des POC sur des sujets IA
- Créer des dashboards, rapports et visualisations claires pour aider les équipes métier à exploiter les données
- Suivre les innovations data, proposer de nouvelles approches/outils pour améliorer les pratiques du pôle data
VOTRE PROFIL
- Bac+5 au sein d’une top école d’ingénieur en mathématiques, statistiques ou data science
- Minimum 2 ans expérience sur un poste similaire au sein d’une startup/scaleup avec une forte orientation produit
- Expérience solide sur les langages de programmation SAS, SPSS, Python, SQL, Pyspark
- Bonne maîtrise des modèles d’apprentissage automatique
- Maîtrise d’un cloud public (AWS, GCP ou Azure)
- Vous êtes autonome, bon communicant et aimez le travail d’équipe

AI Engineer
Location: Remote-First (UK Based)
Salary: £70,000
The Role
I’m working with a start up company who are are looking to hire an AI Engineer to help design and deploy LLM-powered tools. You’ll prototype and build end-to-end systems that extract and act on data from diverse document types using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent-based reasoning.
Experience Required
- Strong Python engineering skills and experience with AI tooling
- Experience building and deploying microservices (FastAPI, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software practices
- Background in document extraction and reasoning (LLMs, RAG, agents)
- Exposure to multimodal data (text, images, structured)
- MLOps, model monitoring, and rapid prototyping (Streamlit, Dash, etc.)
- 3-4+ years in software or ML engineering roles
