What You’ll Do

We are seeking a Senior Director / VP-level leader to own and drive a large-scale ERP and finance systems transformation across Finance, Procurement, Accounting, and Operations.
On Site – Dallas, TX
This role is responsible for the end-to-end ERP strategy, including platform selection (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, MS Dynamics) and determining the right balance between modular solutions and full-suite ERP architectures. The mandate is deeply transformational-modernizing how the business operates while maintaining stability across critical systems.
You will partner closely with senior finance leadership, lead multi-year enterprise programs, and guide a cross-functional organization through change without disrupting day-to-day operations.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead a multi-year ERP transformation program, aligned with business strategy, timelines, and financial objectives
- Define the future-state ERP vision and digital ecosystem, including platform and modularity decisions
- Drive process re-engineering across order-to-cash, accounting, treasury, procurement, and supply chain
- Leverage automation, AI / Agentic AI, RPA, and analytics to significantly reduce manual processing
- Ensure process standardization using out-of-the-box ERP capabilities wherever possible
- Oversee hands-on configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and operational monitoring
- Establish ERP best practices around resilience, security, risk mitigation, and documentation
- Lead enterprise change management, ensuring adoption and managing resistance across business units
