Senior Manufacturing Technology Leader
Location: United States preferred
Travel: Moderate travel as needed
Compensation: Competitive executive compensation package
About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a global manufacturing organization undergoing significant expansion and modernization across its production network. As part of that growth, the company is seeking a senior leader to drive the strategy and execution of its manufacturing technology organization on a global scale.
This is a high-impact executive leadership opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of manufacturing, software, data, automation, and enterprise technology. The role will be responsible for shaping and leading the technology roadmap that supports factory performance, automation, scalability, and long-term operational excellence across a large international footprint.
The Role
This leader will oversee global manufacturing technology strategy and execution across a complex manufacturing environment that includes advanced production sites, assembly/test operations, and centralized manufacturing organizations. The role carries broad organizational scope, including responsibility for a large global team and multiple senior leaders/direct reports.
This person will be expected to unify and scale historically siloed teams, align technology priorities with business and operational goals, and build the systems, platforms, and capabilities needed to support the next phase of manufacturing growth.
The right candidate will bring a strong mix of executive leadership, operational rigor, technical depth, and transformation experience. This is not purely an innovation-focused role. It is a strategy-and-execution leadership seat for someone who can define the roadmap and ensure it is delivered effectively across a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute a global manufacturing technology vision and roadmap
- Align technology investments with broader manufacturing growth and operational priorities
- Lead large-scale transformation efforts across manufacturing systems, digital infrastructure, and automation capabilities

- Drive adoption of scalable, future-state architectures that support increasingly automated and data-driven factories
- Partner with operations, engineering, and manufacturing leadership to improve plant performance through technology
- Establish and standardize global solutions rather than localized one-off site approaches
Data, Software, and AI Enablement
- Lead the evolution of enterprise data and analytics capabilities within manufacturing
- Drive adoption of modern data platforms, predictive analytics, and AI/ML use cases in industrial environments
- Enable technology capabilities tied to productivity, throughput, cost optimization, quality improvement, and decision support
- Support modernization of software engineering practices, including agile delivery, DevOps, and scalable platform development
- Help integrate manufacturing systems with broader enterprise technologies and business platforms
Operational Excellence
- Improve factory performance through better use of systems, data, and automation
- Increase speed of deployment for new capabilities across the manufacturing network
- Support efforts tied to uptime, throughput, cost reduction, and scalable automation
- Develop and track performance metrics that tie technology outcomes to operational business results
- Build organizational discipline around execution, prioritization, and continuous improvement
Leadership & Organization Building
- Lead and develop a large, globally distributed team through multiple senior leaders/direct reports
- Build strong leadership bench strength across software, automation, data, and manufacturing technology disciplines
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and operational excellence
- Create alignment across business, IT, and manufacturing stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment
- Help scale the organization to support long-term manufacturing expansion

- Deep understanding of how software, data, cloud, and automation can improve manufacturing operations
- Experience leading complex transformations across multiple sites, regions, or business units
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills with operations, engineering, and enterprise technology stakeholders
- Executive presence with the ability to influence at senior leadership levels
Preferred Technical / Functional Experience
Strong candidates will bring depth in several of the following areas:
- Manufacturing technology platforms
- Manufacturing execution systems and factory systems
- Process control and automation environments

About the Job
Role Title: Supply Chain Planning Leader
Compensation: Competitive base salary + annual incentive
Location: Dallas, TX
The Opportunity
We’re partnering exclusively with a large, global manufacturing organization to hire a senior leader who will own enterprise planning and demand generation at scale. The business is entering a period of sustained growth and investment, creating a need to fundamentally modernize how demand, supply, inventory, and manufacturing capacity are planned and connected.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly influential role where planning is treated as a strategic capability, not a back‑office function. You’ll act as the enterprise owner for planning-defining the vision, shaping the systems, and driving execution across a complex, global footprint.
If you are motivated by scale, transformation, and real operational impact, this role offers the chance to shape how an entire organization plans, builds, and grows.
About the Role
The organization is looking for a senior planning leader who can operate across two equally important dimensions. The first is enterprise planning ownership: demand planning, inventory optimization, supply planning enablement, and manufacturing capacity planning. The second is transformation leadership: modernizing planning processes, platforms, data, and ways of working.
This is not a purely strategic or people‑management role. You’ll be expected to remain technically fluent, challenge system and architecture decisions, and stay close to execution. You will lead through a “leader of leaders” model while setting the technical and analytical direction for planning across the enterprise.
You’ll partner deeply with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and technology teams to ensure demand signals are actionable, realistic, and aligned with what can actually be produced-both now and as capacity scales over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own end‑to‑end enterprise planning, spanning demand planning, inventory optimization, supply planning, and capacity planning
Generate high‑quality demand signals that drive inventory strategy, supply plans, and long‑term manufacturing investment
Ensure tight alignment between demand, supply planning, manufacturing operations, and financial plans
Define and own the planning technology vision, architecture, and multi‑year roadmap
Lead transformation initiatives leveraging modern planning platforms, advanced analytics, automation, and AI/ML capabilities
Drive legacy planning system modernization and ERP‑integrated planning transformations
Partner closely with manufacturing to support factory start plans, scenario planning, and footprint expansion
Interpret large, complex datasets to identify trends and guide enterprise decision‑making
Lead change management, communication, training, and adoption efforts across global planning teams
Develop and mentor senior leaders, establish consistent processes, and define future skill requirements for the planning organization
What They’re Looking For
Significant experience leading enterprise‑scale planning or supply chain transformation initiatives
Deep expertise across demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and manufacturing capacity planning
Proven track record delivering modern planning systems and migrating from legacy platforms
Strong technical fluency with planning technologies, analytics, and data‑driven decision frameworks
Experience operating in complex, global manufacturing environments
Demonstrated success leading managers and senior leaders in distributed, global teams
Ability to operate hands‑on while setting long‑term strategic direction
Comfortable owning ambiguous, high‑impact problems and seeing them through end‑to‑end
Nice to Have
Background in highly technical or capital‑intensive manufacturing environments
Exposure to advanced analytics, automation, AI, or machine‑learning‑enabled planning
Experience supporting large‑scale manufacturing expansion or capacity growth programs
Strong change‑management instincts and experience driving adoption at scale

Global Network Director
Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, high-impact Global Network Director to lead, align, and deliver across a large, distributed global organization.
This leader will operate with a builder mindset – architecting, modernizing, and scaling a global network ecosystem that supports enterprise offices, hyperscale data centers, and private cloud infrastructure.

Core Mandate
- Lead and deliver a global network transformation
- Treat Network as a Product / Network as a Service
- Drive an automation-first infrastructure strategy

Leadership Profile
- Builder mentality – energized by creating from scratch
- High energy, delivery-oriented, and hands-on
- Capable of learning, teaching, and scaling teams A-Z
