A high-growth innovator within Consumer Services is seeking an all-encompassing Marketing Analytics professional to join its rapidly growing team! If you are seeking a challenging, fast-paced work environment, this could be the role for you.

THE ROLE – LEAD MARKETING DATA SCIENTIST

As a Lead Marketing Data Scientist, you will be an integral member of the team as they are looking to rapidly expand their marketing mix modeling function. You will be expected to contribute to the hands-on building of attribution models (regression, clustering, time series, etc.) to provide detailed insights into the Marketing and Product functions.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Five plus years of experience leveraging Marketing Analytics and Data Science.
• Extensive background in implementing statistical analysis and predictive modeling (i.e. Regression, Attribution, Clustering, Time Series).
• Detailed experience and comfortability using SQL and Python day-to-day.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing or Product verticals.
• Experience leveraging campaign analytics.
• Ability to manipulate data for the use of SQL queries.
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s Preferred.

As a Lead Marketing Data Scientist, you can expect to make a competitive base salary of $140,000-$160,000 (depending on experience), a bonus, plus best-in-class benefits.

Position Overview:

We’re scouting for a VP of Generative AI with a blend of profound AI/ML expertise, startup experience, and an ardent desire to reinvent healthcare. This role demands hands-on experience in product development focused on physicians and patients and a deep understanding of integrated delivery networks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Strategy: Champion the AI division, shaping an innovative strategy for integrating generative models into healthcare solutions.
2. Research & Development: Advocate for state-of-the-art AI research and assess its adaptability into our product suite.
3. Collaboration: Forge alliances with multidisciplinary teams, from data scientists to healthcare practitioners, to conceptualize and launch AI-centered solutions.
4. Ethics & Compliance: Guarantee the ethical foundation and regulatory compliance of all AI endeavors.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with clients, partners, and other pivotal stakeholders to collate essential feedback and criteria.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a relevant field.
2. Over 10 years of immersion in AI/ML, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership orbit.
3. Proven expertise in designing and deploying generative models (MUST HAVE)
4. Mastery over EHR workflows and a keen grasp of healthcare data intricacies (MUST HAVE)
5. Indisputable experience within a startup ecosystem (HIGHLY DESIRED)
6. Hands-on experience with integrated delivery networks (MUST HAVE)
7. A track record of developing products tailor-made for physicians and patients (MUST HAVE)

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Aptitude to articulate complex AI narratives to varied audiences.
2. Proficiency across diverse AI platforms and methodologies.
3. Recognized contributions or research publications in pertinent AI fields.
