THE ROLE:
As a Customer Analyst, you can expect to:
- Work daily with SQL to conduct deep-dive analysis into customer behaviour and trends.

- Utilise these segments in order to have the best customer contact strategy for personalised campaigns
- Create a clear customer view, understanding key metrics like retention, lifetime value and loyalty

THE ROLE
As the CDP Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Collaborating with the wider CRM and Analytics team on programme planning
- Act as a Tealium SME for the business, delivering high quality automated programmes
- Support the wider team with Tealium and how it can be best optimised
- Assist the CRM team with data planning and audience selections for campaigns
- Constantly look to utilise new features within Tealium, like APIs and data ingestion from different sources
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Tealium experience is necessary for this role
- In depth experience in CDP management is preferred

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be taking ownership of the current Azure data platform. It will be beneficial if you have worked within a Software Background to understand the data coming in and to work with all stakeholders across the business to facilitate their needs.
