We’re partnering with a well-established CRM and data-led marketing agency with around 30 years’ experience delivering work for major UK consumer and financial services brands. Following a recent international acquisition, the agency is continuing to grow and is now hiring two Senior Account Managers to support key client accounts from its Bristol office.

Both roles sit within the same client services team, reporting into Senior Account Directors. The core responsibilities are consistent across both positions, with variation depending on the client portfolio.

The Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be a day-to-day client contact, working closely with Account Directors to deliver against briefs, manage stakeholders, and keep work moving at pace.

You’ll sit at the heart of delivery – coordinating teams across strategy, creative, and development – while also contributing strategic thinking and identifying opportunities to grow the account.

There are two openings:

Role 1 – Large Consumer Brand (New Account Win)

  • Supporting a Senior Account Director on a recently won, high-profile account

  • Strong delivery focus due to limited project management support

  • Managing a broad range of client stakeholders

The Role
