THE TEAM

You’ll join a friendly and fast-moving client services team working closely with Account Directors, strategists, creatives, and technical specialists.

This role sits at the heart of day-to-day client delivery and are critical to maintaining strong relationships, spotting opportunities, and ensuring briefs are executed to a high standard.

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on Senior Account Manager position with a strong emphasis on client relationships, delivery, and strategic thinking. You’ll act as a primary point of contact for clients, working closely with an Account Director to ensure briefs are clearly defined, delivered effectively, and aligned to wider client objectives.

New Business / Growth-Focused Account

  • Support the Account Director on a recently won, high-profile account with significant growth potential.
  • Take on a delivery-heavy role, coordinating work across creative, development, and strategy teams.
