I’m working with a company working with the public sector and infrastructure partners. Their mission is to make complex data more actionable through AI-powered automation, and they’re now hiring a Front-End Developer to lead on the UI side of their core platform.
THE ROLE:
You’ll join a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary product team working on a brand-new web platform. As the lead front-end developer, you’ll be responsible for shaping how users interact with the product and translating complex data into an intuitive interface.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the front-end development using React and Tailwind CSS
- Integrating with Node.js APIs and dynamic real-time data flows
- Ensuring fast, accessible, and responsive user interfaces
- Collaborating with AI and back-end teams to visualise technical outputs
- Contributing to long-term architecture and UI/UX strategy
- Deploying to a modern cloud environment (AWS) and iterating in an agile setup
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
A successful Front-End Developer will bring:
- Experience building with React
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or other utility-first CSS frameworks
- Solid knowledge of API integration (REST and WebSockets)
- Familiarity with modern testing practices (unit/component/E2E)

THE ROLE:
You’ll join a collaborative team of 10 Data Engineers, focused on maintaining and evolving the company’s SQL Server environment-a vital part of day-to-day operations. You’ll work across a variety of financial and operational data projects that deliver real business value while contributing to documentation and planning for eventual system decommissioning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining ETL pipelines with SSIS
- Building and supporting reporting processes with SSRS
- Writing complex queries and transformations using T-SQL
- Translating stakeholder requirements into robust, scalable data solutions
- Producing technical documentation to support future system transition

The Role
This is a specialist analytics role focused on evaluating and improving learning performance. You’ll sit within the Customer Insight function but work closely with the Learning & Curriculum team. Your day-to-day remit will involve analysing how learners interact with digital products and content, recommending behavioural improvements, and helping shape strategic decisions that drive learner engagement and success.
This is a role with real social impact – every recommendation you make contributes to improving learning journeys for thousands of students across the UK and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
– Analyse learner performance and satisfaction data to identify trends, pain points, and areas of opportunity.
– Evaluate the impact of instructional design, content, and new learning features through robust A/B testing and statistical significance testing.
– Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI, supported by SQL and Python-based ETL pipelines.
– Help shape a centralised Learning Analytics Framework that tracks key KPIs on learner success, engagement, and satisfaction.
– Translate complex analysis into accessible insight for stakeholders across product, learning, curriculum, and academic teams.
– Collaborate with IT to ensure data quality and integrity across Microsoft Fabric environments.
– Document and manage data models, analysis logic, and reports to support repeatable, scalable insight generation.
– Contribute to predictive modelling projects focused on personalising learning journeys and improving learner retention.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
– Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
– Proficiency with Power BI for reporting, dashboarding, and data storytelling.
– Comfortable using Python (or R) for analysis and statistical testing.
– Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric or similar cloud-based data platforms.
– Experience running A/B tests, calculating effect sizes, and analysing statistical significance.
– Ability to communicate insight clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
– A proactive mindset and an understanding of how data supports better learning experiences.

LES MISSIONS
En collaboration avec le Directeur Data, vous rejoindrez une équipe de 10 personnes, vous serez en charge de la modernisation de la stack technique actuelle (reprendre l’existant et l’améliorer). Vos missions seront les suivantes :
- S’approprier l’ensemble des pipelines existantes et les rendre plus robustes en proposant une nouvelle architecture data
- Mettre en place des systèmes de monitoring
- Prendre en charge l’équipe data et s’assurer qu’ils sont orientés data et delivery
- Participer et piloter les projets de migration
- Industrialiser des modèles d’IA et être force de proposition
- S’assurer de la mise en oeuvre des bonnes pratiques de traitement et sécurisation de de donnée
- Accompagner un profil plus junior (management direct) et l’aider à monter en compétences
VOTRE PROFIL
- Bac+5 au sein d’une école d’ingénieur ou université en data engineering ou gestion d’infrastructure
