Overview

We’re partnering with a fast-growing business in the [events / SaaS] space to find an experienced CRM & Data Consultant who can take ownership of a HubSpot data project from start to finish. The Opportunity

The business has already made an initial start on a CRM data audit with the help of a previous contractor, but the data remains inconsistent and requires a complete review and rebuild. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a full data audit of the existing HubSpot CRM – assess what’s being used, what’s redundant, and what’s missing.

Experimentation/CRO Analyst

We’re working with a leading digital agency to support one of their flagship travel clients, and they’re looking for a hands-on Experimentation Analyst to join the team.

You’ll be embedded within a busy product environment, helping multiple teams design, validate, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests. You will support on the experimentation programme, ensuring every test is statistically sound, well interpreted, and actionable.

Role & Responsibilities

• Partnering with product teams to plan and analyse A/B and MVT tests across key digital journeys.
• Conducting pre-test analysis to determine traffic volumes, sample sizes, and test duration.

What you’ll do:?
