The Company
A rapidly scaling green technology business backed by private equity with significant investment going into data and analytics.
Data is at the core of their current growth strategy and the business is expanding the in house data function to support better decision making and commercial performance.
The Role
This position sits within a central data team during a period of transformation. The business has invested in Snowflake, AWS and Power BI and is now focused on building more effective reporting and insight capabilities.
You will own the development of reports and dashboards for BAU and KPI needs across the company. There is strong demand from stakeholders in commercial, finance and sales teams and you will be responsible for helping them understand performance, trends and opportunities. As the function matures there is also scope for the role to evolve further into more strategic insight work.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong experience with SQL and Power BI
- Able to build dashboards and reports in a commercial environment
- Someone who has experienced smaller or scaling teams and enjoys working in a collaborative set up
- Great communication skills and the ability to partner with stakeholders

The role

Day to day, you will

We are working with a large scale, consumer facing business operating across multiple European markets. Data sits at the heart of how they grow audiences, optimise commercial revenue, and improve digital experiences, and they are continuing to invest heavily in their modern analytics platform.
The role
As an Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for transforming raw and curated warehouse data into well modelled, analytics ready data marts. You will work across consumer, digital, and revenue domains, enabling trusted reporting in tools such as Looker, Power BI, and Tableau.
This is a hands on role with real influence over modelling standards, semantic definitions, and how data is consumed across the business.
Key responsibilities
Data modelling and transformation

Design and build Kimball style dimensional models and gold layer marts using dbt

Develop and maintain dbt pipelines that are performant, tested, and easy to use

Partner with Data Engineers to shape upstream data structures and improve handoffs from ingestion to modelling

Implement data quality testing using dbt tests and expectations frameworks
Semantic layer and analytics enablement

Help define and maintain a consistent semantic layer across multiple BI tools

Translate technical schemas into clear business concepts such as customers, campaigns, sessions, and revenue

Own documentation including data dictionaries, ERDs, and semantic definitions to support self service analytics
Modernisation and migration

Contribute to the migration of legacy warehouses into Snowflake based models

Refactor legacy logic into dbt driven transformations

Work on medium term projects typically spanning 6 to 9 months to align legacy stacks with modern standards

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
The Senior BI Analyst will:
- Owning and developing dashboards that bring CX performance to life
- Rebuilding reporting into a more scalable, reliable setup
- Creating robust data pipelines that turn raw sources into usable insight
- Structuring datasets so teams across the company can self-serve effectively
- Supporting CX leaders with analysis, investigations, and clear recommendations
- Spotting opportunity areas and validating where changes will have the most impact
- Measuring the results of new initiatives and surfacing what’s working – and what isn’t

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support a consultancy client with one of their customers. This is a new opportunity driven by client demand and project expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of business analysis experience, data profiling expertise, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver 2-3 internal and/or client-facing data projects simultaneously
- Liaise directly with clients to gather requirements, document use cases, and map processes
- Work hands-on with new data sets – profiling and documenting data transformation requirements
- Create clear and precise documentation to support an India-based development team
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, developers, and senior business partners
- Support successful project delivery through clear communication and proactive issue resolution
