Senior Pricing Optimisation Data Scientist

What You’ll Do
- Conduct deep research into pricing optimisation strategies for hotel revenue
- Develop models in Python using Pandas, statistical tooling, and custom algorithms
- Translate real-world pricing problems into mathematical and statistical frameworks
- Work independently and contribute to a culture of intellectual rigor and curiosity
Ideal Profile
- PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related quantitative field (Master’s with significant pricing optimisation experience considered)
- Strong foundation in statistical modelling, optimisation, and machine learning fundamentals
- Fluent in Python and data science tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
- Prior experience in revenue management or pricing is a plus, but not required

The Company
I am hiring a Lead Credit Risk Analyst for one of the biggest UK banks focused on providing unsecured and secured lending to their customers. In this role you will leading the scorecard modelling credit cards and loans using SAS and SQL daily in the role.
The Role
As a Lead Credit Risk Analyst, you will be:
- Developing credit risk application and behavioural scorecard models
- Using analytics skills to improve credit risk strategies
- Monitoring the performance or the scorecard and the portfolio performance.
- Working with and presenting to senior stakeholders daily within the role.
- Using SAS to develop credit risk models daily.
Your skills and experience:
To be successful as a Lead Credit Risk Analyst, you will need:
- Strong experience developing credit risk scorecards
- Experience as a credit risk using SAS or SQL daily for scorecard development
- Experience working in unsecured lending portfolios
- Experience working for a bank or in financial services

We’re on the hunt for a Website Content Manager to shape and evolveonline presence across multiple websites and customer touchpoints.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all things website content-overseeing everything from copy creation and SEO optimisation, to project managing new page launches and ensuring brand tone of voice is applied consistently. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to drive engaging, high-performing digital experiences.
Please note this role requires office days in Birmingham – £200-300 per day
What you’ll be doing:

Lead content strategy and execution across multiple brands and platforms
-
Manage the full content lifecycle: from planning and writing to publishing and optimisation
-
Build and maintain content within a CMS (preferably Umbraco)

Ensure all copy is aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice and SEO best practices
-
Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, product, and digital teams to plan content that meets both business and user needs
-
Use analytics and data insight to inform content decisions and continually improve user experience
-
Support the wider digital and marketing teams on campaigns and feature rollouts
-
Maintain quality control by proofreading, editing, and ensuring accuracy across all content

Own and optimise processes for content requests, using tools like Trello or similar

Source, edit, and prepare images for use across digital channels

Drive commercial value through content-led decisions
What we’re looking for:

1-2 years experience in a digital content role, ideally managing a website in an ecommerce or B2C setting

Confident working with content management systems; Umbraco experience a big plus

Strong copywriting skills for various audiences, with SEO in mind

Solid understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them

Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Experience working cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders
