THE COMPANY:

You will be part of the Analytics team and will be able to collaborate with other teams including digital marketing to find insights and help to optimize and therefore, increase the company’s social media presence.
THE ROLE:
As an Implementation Specialist, you will work on leading the implementation across all digital touchpoints by:
- Maintaining best practice tagging, and ensuring the data collection is accurate and validated
- Developing and maintaining the event data layer
- Testing and debugging Digital journeys to ensure data collection/frameworks have been implemented correctly.

THE ROLE
As a Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist you will be supporting the largest British Digital Analytics function by:
- Developing event driven data layers across the digital infrastructure, by working closely with the engineering function.
- Helping audit the existing data collection set-up, enhancing tagging and tracking capabilities.
- Being the point of contact for technical analytical solutions and navigating through third party integrations.
- Using a rang of Tag Management Softwares alongside JavaScript to work closely with developers to set-up the tagging and tracking solutions.

WHAT WILL YOU GET TO DO?
In this role, you will be joining the Optimisation team as well as reporting to the Technical Lead. You will get to work on:
- Optimising the booking engines on the website specifically for shorter term breaks
- Creating and rolling out the product roadmap for making improvements or rolling out new features and products
- Optimising the website to offer best user experience as well as convert more visitors to guests
- Improving pricing models alongside the Pricing team
- Conducting a/b tests to optimise performance and development of features
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
- Previous experience across product management, product development, or technical project management
- Previously worked on a website as a product, or be a website wizard!
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

The Role
As a senior developer in this role, you will sit within the data science sector. If you have an interest in this industry, then this role is for you! The role will be based on their work and trying to ensure they can complete their work.
Your other responsibilities will be:
- Building models for data scientists use
- Using GCP to produce pipelines
- Developing API’s and forming integration test
- Rearchitecting systems to help maintain systems and make them re-usable
- Leading a team to complete targets,
- Conducting performance reviews
- Helping build individual performance plans.
Skill/Experience
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python, Docker, Kubernetes and SQL. If you have experience working with systems designs and writing APIS then this is the ideal role for you. It’s also a bonus to have knowledge in cloud computing best practices.
