THE ROLE
- You will be responsible for end-to-end machine learning model development and deployment for the company’s AI platform

- Role – Sr. Gen AI Engineer

The successful candidate will take ownership of developing and refining multi-touch attribution (MTA) models, helping the client better understand and optimise their customer journeys.
This role suits someone who’s confident working independently, thrives on solving real-world data challenges, and focuses on delivering tangible business value over theoretical perfection.
Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and validate multi-touch attribution models to measure marketing effectiveness across multiple channels.

Collaborate with internal teams to define objectives, interpret results, and provide actionable insights.

Work with imperfect or incomplete datasets, applying practical solutions to produce meaningful outputs.

Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Operate effectively within a hybrid working environment, with 2-3 days per week in the London office.
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience developing multi-touch attribution models (essential).

Background in customer journey analytics or B2C purchase path modelling.

Strong hands-on technical skills with SQL and Python.

The Role
The client is a global financial services leader seeking a Lead AI Engineer to spearhead the design and deployment of agentic AI solutions that will be adopted across the entire company. This role blends hands-on engineering with strategic leadership in a highly skilled team to deliver AI systems that operate across complex cloud environments and impact business lines globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions (LLMs, agentic AI) in production
- Lead teams developing systems that handle millions of transactions securely and efficiently
- Architect solutions in the cloud with a focus on scalability, performance, and cost reduction
- Collaborate across business and engineering functions to ensure adoption and measurable impact
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists in best practices for enterprise AI deployment
Ideal Candidate:
- 8+ years of commercial experience with ML models
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs or advanced ML systems in enterprise production
- Strong background in large-scale consumer-facing applications or enterprise AI systems
- Blend of ML engineering + system design skills (not purely research or purely SWE)
- Experience with cloud-native AI deployments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
