They are building out an AI platform that will revolutionize how certain credit risk tasks are carried out in the cloud. This will be a senior-level NLP Engineer in the business and lead all LLM projects from end-to-end.
THE ROLE
- You will be responsible for machine learning infrastructure and model deployment for the company’s AI platform
- You will report directly to the founding team and work closely on technical direction
- Own development of new PoCs and quickly build into production, particularly focusing on novel ML and AI applications
- You will implement and design code and build out to production using various machine learning and LLM techniques, owning machine learning infrastructure
- You will play an integral role of building out the AI team and scaling out its product
- Act as a thought leader role for AI across the business
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Founding Machine Learning Engineer will likely have the following skills and experience:

Staff Machine Learning Engineer
Salary – £100,000

THE ROLE
As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer you will…
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of end‑to‑end ML solutions.
- Architect scalable ML systems and pipelines that integrate seamlessly with cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor engineers, championing best practices across coding, experimentation, and MLOps.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define priorities and model strategy.
- Apply deep learning, NLP or classical ML techniques to real‑world, high‑impact problems.
- Uphold responsible AI principles across model development and evaluation.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The successful Staff Machine Learning Engineer will have:
- Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Deep knowledge of machine learning and modern deep learning techniques.
- Experience deploying ML models to production using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure).
- Familiarity with big‑data or distributed tools (Spark, Kafka or similar).
- A track record of leading complex ML projects and influencing technical decisions.
- Excellent communication skills across distributed, cross‑functional teams.

Staff Machine Learning Engineer – Fully Remote
LLM & NLP required
We are hiring for a Staff MLE to join a large global organisation delivering advanced language and AI solutions to clients.
The Role
- Lead and architect large‑scale machine learning projects
- Build and deploy scalable ML models, pipelines, and systems
- Mentor engineers and set technical direction across teams
- Drive innovation through research and adoption of new ML techniques
- Present technical insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences
Your Skills & Experience
- 8+ years in Machine Learning Engineering or similar senior roles
- Strong Python skills; experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Solid understanding of ML algorithms, statistics, and data modelling
- Experience with large‑scale data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)
- Cloud & MLOps experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- NLP experience highly beneficial
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management

LONDON (HYBRID 2 DAYS IN OFFICE)

Harnham are working with a national services product to bring in an experienced Data Scientist to join their large-scale growing team.
THE COMPANY
Join a fast-growing company that are looking to grow their Product Data Science team to dive deep into data and strengthen the effectiveness of their product. With over 4 million loyal members and more signing up daily, the company look to expand with their market.
THE ROLE
As a Data Scientist/Analyst you will be uncovering user behaviour and pain points to inform product strategy alongside generating hypotheses. Whilst deep diving into the data to help build dashboards, you will be communicating often with business partners and stakeholders and presenting information to them. This will include-
. Building and maintaining metrics, KPI’s, dashboards
. Collaborate on commercial strategy and member engagement
. Partner across teams to solve problems, inform decisions and guide strategy
. Not just analysis, owning the problem space and outcomes
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
As a Data Scientist you must have had experience in a consumer tech / product environment and be able to understand and communicate with product and business stakeholders. You must be able to strategic contribution and not just technical execution whilst being able to deliver and not just analyse. This will involve-
. Strong experience in Product Data Science using- (SQL, Python, GA, Looker/Lightdash.)
. Great communication skills- Able to communicate to stakeholders confidently and clearly being able to effectively tell the story behind the data.
. Must have consumer tech / product experience

THE PROCESS
1st stage- 45 minutes Teams meeting with Director of Data covering CV and experience
2nd stage- 1 hour Teams meeting with Director and member of the Data team covering a case study of which you must analyse and explain.
3rd stage- 1 hour in person meeting with presentation of past experience
