Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, maintainable frontend systems
- Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver polished, intuitive interfaces
- Lead frontend initiatives with a focus on performance and code quality
- Work within a modern stack: React, TypeScript, GraphQL, AWS, Node.js, Ruby on Rails
- Set engineering standards and build CI/CD pipelines to support fast iteration
Skills & Experience
- Deep experience with modern frontend development (React, TypeScript, JavaScript)
- Strong knowledge of performance optimization and responsive design
- Experience working with GraphQL, REST APIs, and AWS infrastructure
- Familiar with CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps workflows
- Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-first approach
The Benefits
- $180,000 – $200,000 base + equity
- Hybrid work model (NYC-based)

$170k-$200k BASE + 15-20% BONUS
REMOTE ROLE – U.S. BASED

This fast-growing consumer organization is transforming how customers engage online by investing in digital tools, data-driven decision-making, and customer experience optimization. They’re expanding their analytics leadership to accelerate digital transformation and deliver measurable growth.
THE ROLE
As Director of Digital & CX Analytics, you’ll lead a team of analysts to build and scale customer analytics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving measurement and customer journey analytics across digital and e-commerce channels
- Partnering with product, marketing, and tech leaders to improve engagement, retention, and revenue
- Implementing frameworks for A/B testing, funnel optimization, and performance measurement
- Translating data into strategies that directly impact business outcomes and customer satisfaction
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience leading digital or customer analytics teams
- Expertise in journey analytics, funnel optimization, and experimentation
- Hands-on skills in SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, GCP, AWS) and martech stacks
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
THE BENEFITS
- $170k-$200k base salary + 15-20% bonus
- Remote role with flexible U.S. location (some states excluded)
