The Role

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience building software applications in Python
- Experience as a Principal Engineer, Staff Engineer, Technical Lead, Founding Engineer, or similar senior individual contributor role
- Proven track record delivering production AI or LLM-based applications beyond experimentation or proof-of-concept work
- Experience with modern LLM frameworks and orchestration tooling such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies
- Strong understanding of multi-model AI environments and working with leading foundation model providers
- Experience owning cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines, ideally within Google Cloud Platform
- Knowledge of services such as Cloud Run, BigQuery, IAM, containerisation, and CI/CD tooling
- Experience working within startup, or other lean engineering environments
- Interest in AI adoption, automation, analytics, or operational transformation projects

Data Scientist (Agentic AI)
Location: Remote (U.S. Based)
Pay: $200k – $230k Base
About the Role
A rapidly growing technology consulting organization is seeking experienced Data Scientists with deep expertise in Agentic AI to support the delivery of enterprise-scale AI solutions. This role focuses on designing, building, and deploying production-grade autonomous AI systems within complex cloud environments. Candidates will work directly on active client engagements, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to solve business-critical challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy production-ready Agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients.
- Develop and optimize autonomous AI agents, multi-agent systems, and orchestration frameworks.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and cloud teams to deliver scalable AI applications.
- Build AI workflows utilizing modern LLM architectures and agent frameworks.
- Develop solutions within AWS cloud environments using best practices for scalability and security.
- Evaluate, monitor, and improve agent performance in production environments.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Contribute to AI architecture decisions and technical strategy across client projects.
Must Have Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong experience with AWS cloud technologies and AI/ML services.
- Experience working with LLMs, autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python and modern machine learning development tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
