* Define target state processes and create longer‑term visions for AI‑enabled ways of working.
* Produce documentation, requirements and supporting artefacts for automation opportunities.
* Prioritise opportunities across a suite of AI tools and shape a 12 to 18 month productivity roadmap.
* Lead the discovery phase in the first 90 days to establish scope, opportunities and the art of the possible.
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong experience in programme leadership or transformation delivery in complex environments.
* Proven capability in process engineering, workflow redesign or operating model change.
* Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or cross‑functional programmes.
* Confident working with senior stakeholders and communicating complex ideas simply.
* Technical literacy to understand how AI can be applied to improve operational workflows.
* A structured, methodical and delivery‑focused approach to problem solving.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast paced cross functional squad where your work will directly influence growth across key UK markets. You will play a central role in driving operational efficiency, improving reporting quality, and enabling senior leaders to focus on wider strategic initiatives.

Their teams operate collaboratively across analytics, marketing, product and operations to deliver high impact customer and commercial outcomes. They value innovation, clear insight and scalable ways of working that support rapid experimentation and continual improvement.
The Role and Deliverables
- Lead the execution of weekly promotional and customer growth campaigns across selected UK cities.
- Coordinate deliverables across a team of analysts, ensuring deadlines and SLAs are consistently met.
- Produce standardised operational reporting and dashboards that track customer behaviour and campaign impact.
- Review analytical outputs to ensure accuracy, quality and clear insight.
- Present findings to senior stakeholders and improve organisational understanding of campaign performance.
- Drive process improvements, helping to standardise, automate and scale reporting and analytics delivery.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong project and delivery management capabilities.
- Experience with operational analytics and campaign measurement.
- Ability to guide analysts, spot errors and ensure high quality reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel and Tableau.
- Confident stakeholder management across multiple teams.
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving ability and comfort working at pace.
- Experience with promotional campaigns or customer analytics is highly desirable.
