Director of Health Data Research

The Role
* Lead the health data research function and drive strategic initiatives across healthcare and life sciences
* Build and manage partnerships with pharmaceutical organisations, research partners, healthcare providers, and data-focused businesses
* Evaluate opportunities to commercialise data and research offerings within the life sciences ecosystem
* Identify emerging market opportunities while navigating relevant regulatory and compliance considerations
* Lead commercial discussions, partnership negotiations, and ongoing stakeholder management
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, data, research, and commercial functions to deliver strategic objectives
* Help shape the organisation's long-term health data and research strategy
Your Skills & Experience
* Strong experience working with health data, healthcare analytics, health research, or life sciences data solutions
* Proven ability to build and manage senior stakeholder relationships and strategic partnerships
* Commercial awareness with experience identifying and developing new business opportunities
* Understanding of healthcare, clinical, life sciences, or regulated data environments
* Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
* Experience working cross-functionally within complex organisations
* Passion for using data and innovation to improve healthcare outcomes
