Job Title: IT Integration Lead – ESB
Location: Netherlands, Amsterdam
Salary: Up to 120k + benefits

They specialize in leveraging Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technology to streamline business processes and enhance connectivity across systems. As we continue to expand our services, we’re seeking a talented IT Integration Lead to join our team and drive the integration efforts using ESB.
Position Overview:
As the IT Integration Lead specializing in ESB technology, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust integration solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, architect scalable integration solutions, and ensure seamless connectivity across diverse systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of integration solutions using ESB technology.
- Own and lead the integration for the architecture
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with integration strategies.
- Architect scalable and reliable integration solutions that facilitate data exchange and process automation.
- Develop and maintain integration interfaces, adapters, and connectors to integrate various applications, databases, and services.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Perform troubleshooting and debugging of integration issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Implement best practices for ESB development, configuration management, and deployment.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in integration and ESB domains, recommending innovative solutions to enhance our offerings.
- Provide guidance on Azure integration services
- Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and provide mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience (X years) in designing and implementing integration solutions using Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technology.
- Experience using Azure
- Experience working with data integration
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in ESB technologies (desired but not required).
