- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including integration patterns, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in integration architecture, with a strong focus on Azure and ESB Enterprise Services.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Azure services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Functions, and Event Grid. Deep understanding of ESB tools and technologies (e.g., BizTalk, MuleSoft).
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in Azure Architecture, Integration, or similar fields are highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

The Role
* Lead and mentor a mixed team of Software and Hardware Engineers.
* Act as the technical owner for an integrated inspection system, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
* Define architectural direction and translate new ideas into clear technical specifications.
* Manage external design and manufacturing partners to ensure quality and delivery.
* Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to deployment and ongoing optimisation.
* Drive quality standards, testing practices, and CI/CD improvements.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance the product.
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong leadership capability, guiding multidisciplinary engineering teams.
* Deep understanding of integrated hardware‑software systems, ideally including optics, sensors, or computer vision.
* Experience collaborating with external partners for physical design and manufacturing.
* Strong technical foundation in backend engineering with Python, ideally in production environments.
* Skilled in integrating hardware components with software systems.
* Solid understanding of software testing practices and quality assurance.
* Familiarity with Linux environments is a plus.
