THE COMPANY:
This company are currently investing in their data team, and are looking for a Data Engineer to help gather requirements and build solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to help build out the data platforms and create frameworks to enable them ensure data drives value across the business.
THE ROLE:
A Data Engineer will need to:
- Building & maintaining ELT/ETL pipelines
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business
- Own data engineering roadmap

The Role
As a Senior Data Scientist within the Forecasting Algorithms team, you’ll design and deploy high-frequency demand forecasting models that directly support pricing decisions. You’ll own the full development lifecycle-from modelling to deployment-while collaborating closely with science, product, and engineering stakeholders.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on building, testing, and deploying complex statistical models in a production environment. You’ll work in a modern MLOps setup, contributing to libraries and frameworks used across the company’s data science organisation.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and deploy time series forecasting models with a strong focus on accuracy and scalability

Improve existing model performance and drive innovation through new methodologies

Develop internal ML and forecasting libraries using Python

Translate product goals into technical solutions in collaboration with leadership

Implement validation frameworks, unit tests, and monitoring pipelines

About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Platform Engineering Manager, you’ll be a vital part of a team that enables real-time data processing and analytics. This role involves developing and maintaining microservices, capturing user events and feeding them into a Snowflake-powered analytics platform.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing microservices that handle real-time data ingestion from APIs into the data warehouse
- Working with live-streaming data
- Writing clean, efficient Java code (Python is a bonus!)
- Enhancing and scaling the experimentation framework to support data science and ML operations
- Ensuring high-quality, accurate data delivery across data platforms
- Collaborating with analytics engineers and data scientists to enable fast insights

This Role Requires:

The Role
As a Data Scientist – Digital Audience Analytics, you will be instrumental in understanding customer engagement patterns-how often audiences interact, where, and with what content. Your models and insights will inform programme targeting, communication strategies, and personalisation initiatives to maximise reach, loyalty, and conversion.
You will work closely with product, marketing, and content teams to ensure data shapes every customer touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop models to predict customer engagement patterns, channel preferences, and lifecycle behaviour.

Analyse digital footprint data (page views, clicks, time spent, etc.) to uncover trends and opportunities for personalisation.
