The Role
This is a newly created position within the central Analytics, Data, and Engineering function, designed to add an extra layer of leadership within the marketing analytics space.
You'll take full ownership of the marketing analytics function, line-managing one Senior Analyst, and act as the go-to expert for marketing insight and reporting. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across marketing, commercial, and product to ensure data-driven decision-making, presenting confidently at executive and board level.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading a small analytics team delivering insights to guide marketing targeting, spend, and impact.
Owning full-funnel, cross-platform customer analysis (web analytics, attribution partners, CDPs).
Improving campaign decision-making through attribution, incrementality, and media mix modelling.
Partnering with Data Science to build predictive models (LTV, churn).
Owning and refining marketing forecast models for budget and performance planning.
Using statistical analysis to optimise testing methodologies and outcomes.
Developing best practice, transparent reporting, and actionable insights.
Managing stakeholders across the business to improve marketing decisions.
Building strong cross-functional relationships to promote a data-driven culture.
Working with Data Engineering to manage data requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
Candidate Profile
Background
Ideally from gaming, but open to e-commerce, ad-tech, or subscription/dating apps.
Must have a strong B2C focus.
Experience
Proven track record in marketing analytics.
Comfortable leading and mentoring others.
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Line management experience (desirable but not essential).
Technical Skills
SQL (essential).
Power BI / Looker.
Data visualisation expertise (Snowflake desirable).
Knowledge of attribution, forecasting, incrementality testing, MMM, LTV/churn modelling (advantageous).

Are you a BI Analyst who loves solving complex problems, shaping strategy through insight, and building modern analytics from the ground up? I’m hiring for a Senior BI & Insights Analyst at a fast‑growing organisation that’s using data, innovation, and technology to drive meaningful impact. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants ownership, variety, and influence across multiple business areas.
You’ll play a key role in helping the business move away from siloed, Excel‑heavy reporting into a scalable, centralised analytics culture, designing dashboards, delivering insights, and driving data literacy across teams. You’ll work across finance, compliance, people, customer, marketing, product, and sales, partnering with stakeholders from day one.

What you’ll be doing
- Lead end‑to‑end BI and analytics projects, from defining the problem to deploying the solution.
- Design dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytical methodologies that drive measurable business value.
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, understand challenges, and translate requirements into actionable insights.
- Measure the impact and ROI of analytics work, ensuring outputs influence strategy and decision‑making.
- Work across Salesforce, NetSuite, HR, finance, and operational systems.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure pipelines are reliable, scalable, and high‑quality.
- Lead workshops, insight playbacks, and training sessions to boost data literacy across teams.
- Document processes, create self‑serve materials, and help replace siloed Excel reporting with modern BI.
- Optimise existing dashboards and introduce best practices in analytics and emerging tools.
What you bring
- Expertise in Power BI.
- Strong SQL; Python or R is a bonus.
- Experience with data modelling (dimensional, star schema, semantic layers).
- Understanding of data pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, GCP).
- Strong business acumen – able to turn strategy into analytics.
- A track record of delivering insights that lead to measurable outcomes.
