Role
- Core remit of the role is focused on MMM – doing lots with google meridian as a business
- Implementing google MMM models for clients
- Need to be comfortable with opensource framework – meridian, robyn, piemc etc.
- Own the client delivery of MMM models from scratch – need to understand the whole process
- Know what goes into the model – understand good model vs a bad one
- 60% hands-on work vs 40% on the actual strategy – as team grows this will vary quite a lot
- Liasing and working directly with clients on delivery and strategy
- Work will vary a lot day to day between hands-on and strategic work (3 live clients at the moment) with pitches ongoing

This is an opportunity to join a growing Business Intelligence function at a pivotal stage of its development. You will play a key role in shaping how reporting and dashboarding is delivered as the team scales in the UK.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Junior Manager of BI wiLL:
- Work with existing dashboards and reporting products, identifying opportunities to improve structure and performance
- Support discovery work to assess current BI setups and implement enhancements
- Build new dashboards across marketing performance metrics including clicks, impressions, and conversions
- Onboard new client projects and deliver tailored reporting solutions
- Improve existing templating approaches and contribute to future capabilities such as forecasting
- Incorporate wider client business data into reporting outputs
- Deliver high-quality, client-ready dashboards
- Collaborate with stakeholders across both technical and non-technical teams
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong experience in BI and dashboarding within a marketing or media environment
- Proficiency in Looker/Data Studio
- Wider Power BI experience
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with BigQuery
- Experience working with marketing performance data and delivering actionable insights
- Interest in AI and its application to reporting and analytics
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholder requests
- Clear communication skills with a collaborative approach
- Experience with Python or R would be beneficial

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
LONDON/HYBRID

This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale a growing Business Intelligence function within a high-performing media and marketing environment. You will play a key role in elevating how data is used to drive commercial outcomes, working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing the direction of BI across the business.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Associate Director will:
- Own and lead the day-to-day delivery of BI products, including dashboards and reporting solutions
- Assess existing reporting frameworks and identify opportunities to enhance structure, scalability, and impact
- Design and build high-quality dashboards across marketing performance metrics such as clicks, impressions, and conversions
- Support onboarding of new client projects, delivering tailored reporting solutions from initial discovery through to deployment
- Develop and improve templating approaches, with scope to introduce more advanced capabilities such as forecasting
- Integrate broader client business data into reporting to provide more holistic insights
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure outputs meet both technical and commercial needs
- Mentor and support junior team members while contributing to the wider growth of the BI function
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong commercial experience delivering BI and reporting solutions within a marketing or media environment
- Expertise in Looker/Data studio for dashboarding
- Wider experience in Power BI would be beneficial
- Advanced SQL skills, with experience working in platforms such as BigQuery
- Experience working with marketing performance data and building actionable insights from complex datasets
- Confidence managing multiple projects and stakeholders, with clear and effective communication skills
- Demonstrated interest in AI and its application to analytics or reporting workflows
- Experience mentoring or supporting more junior team members
- Additional experience with Python or R would be advantageous
