Content QA Automation Lead
London | Fully Remote | Inside IR35 £438 per day
This is an opportunity to lead and shape QA automation for a large-scale digital platform with a global audience. You'll play a key role in transforming how quality assurance is delivered, building scalable automation solutions that improve efficiency, increase coverage, and enable faster, more reliable releases across multiple markets.

The Role and Deliverables
  • Define and drive the QA automation strategy for content testing across a large-scale digital platform.
  • Design, build, and enhance automated test frameworks, with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Expand automated regression, functional, and cross-browser testing coverage to improve release confidence.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and support efficient release processes.
  • Develop monitoring and testing solutions that proactively identify content issues and broken user journeys.
  • Partner with QA, engineering, and non-technical stakeholders to improve testability, reduce manual effort, and drive continuous improvement.
Your Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience building and implementing automated test frameworks and QA automation solutions.
  • Expertise with automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar technologies.
  • Strong programming or scripting capabilities using JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or equivalent languages.
  • Experience testing customer-facing websites, digital platforms, content-heavy environments, or CMS-driven applications.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD practices, version control, and modern software delivery processes.
  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Ability to identify manual processes, implement automation improvements, and demonstrate measurable quality or efficiency gains.
  • Knowledge of accessibility testing, performance testing, or AI-assisted testing approaches would be beneficial.
  • Comfortable influencing stakeholders and enabling wider QA teams to adopt automation solutions.
