The Role
As Research Director, you’ll take the lead on bespoke qual and quant projects, guiding them from scoping through to delivery. You’ll work closely with a dynamic research team and report into the CEO. This role combines hands-on project management with strategic client development and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and delivery of both qualitative and quantitative research projects (e.g. surveys, panels, focus groups, online communities, IDIs).

Manage the full project lifecycle: design, fieldwork, analysis, reporting, and presenting insights.
