THE COMPANY
This growing UK Bank are seeking an experienced candidate to lead hands-on analytical Fraud strategy and policy. This role offers an excellent opportunity to drive insight in a hands-on analytical role, whilst owning projects and profitability for the business.
THE ROLE
- Leading the development of fraud rules and strategies to reduce incidences of Fraud and further protect customers and the bank
- Manage and oversee fraud detection systems to ensure issues and risks are being actioned
- Analyse a range of customer data to drive insight into suspicious activity, customer trends and wider portfolio activity
- Wider trend analysis and data work to enhance business performance
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience within fraud strategy is essential
- Prior experience working with Cifas, Hunter etc is desirable
- Essential to have had experience using SAS or SQL
- Python is desirable but not essential

Data Governance Manager
Salary: up to £55,000

About the Role
This established banking organisation is looking for a hands-on Data Governance Manager to join our lean and collaborative data team. This role is vital in re-establishing and embedding governance processes, engaging with project managers and business teams, and supporting our data privacy obligations.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the delivery of data governance activities across business units
- Work closely with the Head of Data Governance on documentation and reporting
- Complete and manage data privacy assessments
- Gather and validate control documents and ensure SME approvals

What You’ll Need

A leading UK-wide property business is seeking a Data Engineer to join their growing analytics and digital function on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The Role
In this role you’ll take ownership of the organisation’s data warehouse, ensuring reliable data flows, resolving issues, and recommending improvements across the wider data ecosystem.
You’ll work closely with digital, product, and analytics teams to support ongoing business operations while contributing ideas to shape the future-state data platform.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Data Engineer who enjoys both maintenance and innovation, and who thrives in customer-focussed, commercially minded environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the central data warehouse and associated pipelines.
- Ensure data quality and availability across customer, sales, and operational datasets.
- Support the onboarding and ingestion of third-party vendor data (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Troubleshoot and resolve data flow issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to improve data models and warehouse design.
- Contribute to ongoing system-merging and integration projects.
- Maintain infrastructure and IaC using Terraform, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
- Work within an Azure-based environment (preferred).
- Provide input into best practices across the data function and help “keep the lights on.”
Tech Stack

What They’re Looking For
- 2-4 years’ experience in a Data Engineering role.
- Strong SQL and Python skills with experience in modern data pipelines.

- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with ambiguity.
- Open to candidates from all educational backgrounds.

As the System Development Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind unifying two teams. Your mission is to bring consistency, structure, and collaboration into their development environment while supporting a major in-house system build.
You will:
- Oversee day-to-day workflow, priorities, and blockers across SQL and PHP teams
- Introduce more mature processes around delivery, testing, and documentation
- Lead appraisals, coaching, and performance management
- Shape technical strategy

System Development Manager

A growing FS company is seeking a System Development Manager to lead and develop their in-house technology function. This is a great opportunity to join a business that’s modernising its core systems, bringing previously outsourced technology in-house to improve efficiency, quality, and control.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage two development teams (SQL and PHP), ensuring efficient workflow and clear priorities.
- Unify both teams under one cohesive structure to strengthen collaboration and delivery consistency.
- Provide leadership and guidance to developers – supporting their technical and professional growth.
- Oversee development processes, appraisals, and goal setting.
