The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven, data-focused Insight Analyst to join our Market & Pricing team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape pricing strategy, drive customer acquisition, and optimise performance across broker and lead generation channels. You’ll have real ownership, visibility, and influence in a fast-growing, data-led business.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with third-party brokers and lead generation partners
- Cleanse, manipulate, and analyse large data sets using Python to uncover actionable insights
- Support pricing strategy, evaluating performance against commercial targets
- Deliver insightful reporting and recommendations to drive channel performance and growth
- Lead data-driven projects, including A/B testing, acquisition optimisation, and product development initiatives
- Contribute to the launch of new products, including credit lines and cards
Skills & Experience
- Python skills (data cleansing, transformation, analysis)
- Experience in financial services (lending) is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
- Proven ability to deliver insights and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and data visualisation skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Understanding of growth channels, lead generation, or acquisition strategies is advantageous

The Company
This fast-growing consumer finance business is on a mission to make short-term lending more transparent, affordable, and accessible. Recently backed by a major international investor, they’re scaling rapidly; tripling loan volumes in the next year and expanding their product range. As part of this growth, they’re looking for a Data Analyst to join their Marketing and Pricing team, helping drive smarter decision-making across lead generation, pricing strategy, and product development
The Role
You’ll work closely with the Marketing and Pricing Analytics Manager to provide analytical insight that shapes customer acquisition, partner performance, and future product expansion. This is a broad and fast-paced role where you’ll have the freedom to shape projects, improve data processes, and grow your technical skill set. Day-to-day, you’ll be:
- Analysing lead generation and third-party broker performance to improve acquisition efficiency
- Building dashboards and automated reports to monitor marketing, sales, and pricing performance
- Supporting A/B testing and experimentation to optimise campaigns and pricing models
- Cleaning, preparing, and analysing large datasets in Python and SQL
- Translating data insights into clear commercial recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
- Contributing to new product development and lending strategy as the business scales
Your Skills & Experience
You’ll thrive here if you’re analytically curious, commercially minded, and eager to grow your technical skills in a high-growth, data-driven environment.
I’m looking for:
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Python experience (data wrangling, cleaning, analysis – modelling not required)

- Proven ability to interpret and present insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in financial services, lead generation, or a fast-paced commercial setting (preferred)

A high-growth financial services business is looking for a commercially minded Insight Analyst to join their team; this dynamic opportunity offers you the chance to work with marketing, pricing, and product teams to optimise performance and support business growth!
The Role
As an Insight Analyst, you’ll sit in the commercial function and play a key role in driving data-led decision-making across acquisition, retention, and product development. You’ll work closely with marketing, pricing, and product stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that shape campaigns, product lines, and customer journeys
You’ll be involved in:
- Analysing performance across marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and new credit lines
- Optimising acquisition across paid, SMS, organic, and lead-gen channels
- Managing and evaluating relationships with lead generation brokers and third-party providers
- Running A/B tests and measuring marketing ROI
