About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a rapidly growing technology company at the forefront of autonomous systems, advanced engineering, AI, and next-generation manufacturing.

The organization is seeking Senior and Staff Analytics Engineers to join its high-performing data team, building scalable data products and automated solutions that drive real-world operational impact.

This is not a traditional dashboard or reporting-focused role. You'll work on complex technical challenges across manufacturing, supply chain, product telemetry, and enterprise operations, with significant ownership and the opportunity to influence how the business operates.

What You'll Do

  • Data Engineering & Modeling: Design and develop scalable data models, pipelines, and systems supporting complex operational requirements.
  • Technical Development: Use advanced SQL and Python to build robust data products, applications, and automated workflows.
  • Architecture & Systems Design: Evaluate technical tradeoffs and contribute to scalable data architecture and distributed systems.
  • Operational Impact: Develop solutions that improve efficiency, automate processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain teams to solve complex business challenges.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Lead projects from problem discovery and technical design through implementation and optimization.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or related technical roles; 8-10+ years typically expected for Staff-level consideration.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Strong foundation in data modeling, including dimensional and entity modeling.
  • Understanding of data architecture, distributed systems, and technical tradeoffs.
  • Experience building scalable data products, pipelines, or automated operational workflows.
  • Proven ability to own technical initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and comfort working in ambiguous environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in manufacturing, robotics, autonomous systems, hardware, or industrial technology.
  • Exposure to telemetry, sensor data, or real-time data processing.
  • Familiarity with dbt or similar transformation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Why Join?

  • Work on high-impact, real-world engineering challenges with tangible operational outcomes.
  • Join a highly technical, collaborative team solving complex data problems.
  • Take ownership of meaningful projects with opportunities for technical growth.
  • Competitive compensation, equity, and potential relocation assistance.

Work Authorization: U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency required.
