AI Recruitment Intern
Harnham’s Summer Internship Program is an intensive 8-week experience designed to provide hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle. Interns will gain a comprehensive understanding of how a high-performing recruitment business operates — from business development and client outreach to candidate sourcing, delivery, and successful placements.
This program offers a real-world introduction to sales, consulting, and talent acquisition while working alongside some of Harnham’s top-performing consultants.
What You’ll Learn
During the program, you will experience the full recruitment process, including:
- Conducting cold outreach and market research to support business development efforts
- Learning how consultants build and manage client relationships
- Understanding client hiring needs and talent market trends
- Sourcing and identifying high-quality technical candidates
- Supporting candidate screening and qualification processes
- Observing and participating in interview coordination and candidate delivery
- Gaining insight into negotiation, offer management, and placement strategy
- Seeing the recruitment lifecycle come full-circle from first outreach to successful hire
