The Opportunity
Join a world-class AI research team focused on building foundation models from scratch for biology and scientific discovery.
This is a highly technical, research-driven role for scientists who are excited by first-principles model development, large-scale representation learning, and advancing the frontier of AI in complex scientific domains. You’ll work on proprietary, multimodal biological datasets and help develop the next generation of foundation models designed to uncover insights that traditional approaches cannot.
What You’ll Do
- Design, train, and evaluate novel foundation models on large-scale biological and multimodal datasets.
- Develop new approaches in representation learning, self-supervised learning, generative modeling, and model architectures.
- Conduct research across training objectives, data curation, scaling strategies, and model evaluation.
- Build and run experiments to rapidly test hypotheses and iterate on new ideas.

What We’re Looking For
