The Role
* Develop and deploy advanced analytics and AI solutions for leadership advisory projects.
* Identify opportunities to apply machine learning and generative AI across consulting, analytics, and research initiatives.
* Build and validate models using psychological, behavioural, and qualitative data.
* Apply NLP techniques to extract insights from interviews, assessments, and narrative data.
* Contribute to exploratory work that shapes future data-driven products.
* Partner with cross-functional teams across analytics, research, and innovation.
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong capability in machine learning, AI, and applied data science.
* Proficiency in Python, R, and modern ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
* Experience working with NLP, generative AI, or Bayesian modelling.
* Ability to apply analytics in human-centred domains such as leadership, behaviour, or organisational dynamics.
