- Contribute to improving internal development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience with React, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and front-end frameworks.
- Experience with Python and building backend services or APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD workflows.
- Understanding of web performance, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with TypeScript, Node.js, or full-stack development.
- Previous experience in media, advertising, or marketing technology is a plus.

Technical Programme Manager
Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid)
A growing insights agency is looking for a Technical Programme Manager to join its Amsterdam team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining client delivery, technical problem-solving, and smart ways of working in a fast-moving agency environment.
The role involves leading research projects end to end, working closely with clients, and using technology to improve how work is delivered. It suits someone who is curious, commercially minded, and comfortable taking ownership rather than following rigid processes.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Leading insight projects from setup through to delivery
- Working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
- Managing complex, often multi-market research
- Using technology, automation, or data tools to improve efficiency and quality
- Turning data into clear, well-structured stories and presentations
The ideal candidate will have:
- Solid agency experience in insights, research, or consulting
- Strong understanding of brand, marketing, or consumer research
- Confidence working with data and technical tools (exact stack flexible)
- Clear communication and presentation skills
- Comfort operating in a growing, less structured environment
- Strong technical capability, including experience with coding, scripting, or data processing
- Comfort with ETL processes (e.g. Power Query); VBA, Power Automate, or Zapier experience a plus
- Experience building dashboards or automating delivery workflows
- Solid understanding of brand tracking methodologies, brand equity frameworks, and consumer insight approaches
